Champaign Honda had the best price and responded within a half hour to our post. Salesman, boss who went over papers, and various personal who answered phone calls were wonderful. We called them Thursday morning that we were coming at 6:00 to purchase the vehicle. Richard assisted us throughout the day getting these ready. He invested a lot of time that day making sure paperwork was ready when we got there. He was focused on meeting our specific needs...it wasn't all about selling a car.

Stopped by to look at a BMW convertible, met with a very nice, polite young man,Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure salesman. Helped with test drives and comparing other BMWs. We decided to purchase the car. Kyle was very helpful in the paperwork process, as was Chad Johnson in the business office. Kyle was very helpful in our understanding of all the bells and whistles

I walked in interested in an X4, which was not on the lot and not easily found. I got a call within 30 min of leaving that the exact car was found in another state. Within a week I was driving my 2017 X4. Love the car, loved the experience, Kyle took great care of the whole process. This is my second purchase from BMW and the first experience was just as good.
