I dealt with Rick, he was very friendly and helpful. I did really like the fact that he took the time to have the car pulled around back and put on a lift to be inspected without having to ask for that. I was a little dissatisfied by the fact that it took almost 2 hours to get the paperwork together to complete the sale after I had agreed to purchase the vehicle. I understood that they were busy with several people all coming in at once but it seemed to be only one person was doing all the paperwork one by one.

Bought my first expensive car from this dealership and brought it home to find some issues with the car. I brought it to a mechanic to have some quotes and inspection done on the car and found I had a small chunk of cash I needed to pay for repairs to the vehicle. After a few calls with the GM, Rick, we were able to settle on an amount to return to me to help with the repairs. Be careful, and make sure you inspect the car before you sign the papers.

it was Easy communication, lots of pictures of the vehicle. Purchasing was made simple. I also had it shipped to me, which was also taken care of quickly.

Very bad place to buy a car in my opinion ,very bad previous experience, i would never recommend to anyone to buy a car here save ur money and buy it somwere else .

The vehicle I purchased didn't have the TPS sensors on it. The supplier that they had didn't have the sensors for my car. On their word I was to take the car to my dealer which is in another state and have them installed and they would cover it. Exotic Motors stood behind their word and did just that , covered the install of the new sensors. Thank You .

Shawn answered all of my questions over the phone about the car, was available to greet me at both or our agreed upon appointment times, was always pleasant and totally professional even when busy, handled my requests to put the car on a service lift so I could inspect underneath and even surprised me by having the car polished but the shop's (extremely talented) detailer prior to my taking delivery. I've worked for a dealer and know how challenging it can be to juggle several customers at different stages of the car buying process. The fact that the purchase of a high-end/exotic/sports car adds a highly emotional factor for the customer can make Shawn's job all the more challenging. He is a consummate professional and I am very pleased with the entire transaction.
