0 stars. I do not recommend buying from this dealership. Found a truck, made an appt. same day as it was a 90 min. drive. Texted salesperson was on our way & we got to the dealership ahead of our appt. and waited about 30 min for the salesperson and then saw the truck drive by, SOLD! Don’t worry, Salesperson was sorry. Manager said the other person got there first. xx, they knew we were on our way and they sold it out from under us. Salesperson and the manager walked away laughing; definitely not good or honest business.

Oil change and wheel alignment.
Oil change and wheel alignment. Only had an alignment scheduled however I asked for an oil change at the dealership, and they accommodated me, Personable Service writer.

When I asked to set up a time to look at the vehicle,
When I asked to set up a time to look at the vehicle, Emma Davis, Scheduled me for 11:45 Saturday morning. Saturday morning came so I thought I better call and make sue the vehicle was still available before I drive 80 miles to look at it. When I called I asked to speak to Emma. The salesman laughed and said that's they're AI System that they use for the internet. I said "That's Real Personal!". He laughed again and said he would have to check to see if it was still available and call me back. Several minutes went by and he called me back and said that vehicle had been sold. I was frustrated and told him "I'm sure glad I didn't drive 80 miles to be disappointed"! I said "YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS!" He apologized and said they're system isn't perfect. I think it's part of their tactics of "JUST GET THEM ON THE LOT AND WE'LL SEL THEM SOMETHING!". Because right away the salesman said "is there anything else we could interest you in". I'm sure these tactics work on some people, but not on me! I wouldn't set foot on their Lot after this experience!!!

I have a 2017 Honda CRV that I usually have serviced
I have a 2017 Honda CRV that I usually have serviced elsewhere. When the Emission System Problem light came on, I had to use Richardson's service department for the first time. I had a noon appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours to find out they finally had my car with a tech but no diagnosis of the problem yet. Why did it take over 3 hours to get my car to a tech when I had an appointment? I was tired of waiting and decided to just leave my car there overnight. I was offered a ride, but then was told all their drivers were out. I had my husband bring me home and received a phone call shortly after saying they thought the car needed a part for the fuel evaporation system, but they didn't have the part. It would be in tomorrow. I requested they call me the next day to confirm the part was indeed there. Instead I received a text from an unknown number saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had to call to confirm that the text was legit and my car was fixed. The final bill was increased by $24.23 for "shop charge for repair order" that was not in the quote from the previous day. Poor Communication all the way around!

I came to you guys office and they made me wait for more
I came to you guys office and they made me wait for more than an hour and a half to tell me to come back because you have computer issues and ask me to call back the next day what I did so that they would tell me that there is no solution for a vehicle that I purchased and which has an engine issue after 3 weeks, do you find this normal? to believe that the engine problem was hidden, under the pretext that I do not have coverage, I call that bad faith, after all this is not is just business for you

We've been loyal customers at this dealership, entrusting them with servicing our Buick for years. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with their service department have been disappointing. Despite their assurances of fixing issues and conducting thorough test drives, we consistently found ourselves left with the problem unresolved. During our last visit, Mr. Rios attributed the highway shaking to a broken CV Boot Clamp and rear brake issues. However, seeking a second opinion revealed that these diagnoses were incorrect. Instead, it was a misaligned wheel causing the shaking after accelerating over 50 mph. Given the repeated misdiagnoses, I strongly advise against relying on this dealership's service department for repairs. While Lance, the service manager, attempted to rectify the situation, it's concerning that without seeking another opinion, we would have unnecessarily spent over $1,000 on repairs. Ultimately, the root cause of the issue would have remained unresolved, leading to further expenses down the line.

My wife had a 10am appointment this morning for an oil
My wife had a 10am appointment this morning for an oil change and look at tire that was out of balance. 2 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car. I STRESS SHE HAD AN OPPOINENT. I have NEVER heard of this in the 40 years I have been driving. She has a 2016 Pilot Elite and we are going to trade it in for a new vehicle. Since she was there killing 2 unnecessary hours, she walked around lot looking. Not one person came out to answer questions or show her vehicles. Guess where we will NOT be looking for a new vehicle. Richardson Motors! THEY SUCK. THEY ARE THE WORST IN DUBUQUE.
