We bought our vehicle from Jack Daniels's location and Adam was so sweet and patient with us. He answered all our questions. Explained everything delicately. We are really happy with our purchase. Terrible experience on two separate occasions. Do not come here they will add xx fees onto car. Advertising a price just to get you in the door.

Was run through the wringer on two separate occasions by the service department, despite having an extended warranty.

This dealership was friendly, attentive, and professional. My salesman was Jimmy Kim and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

First time taking my 2023 SORENTO for service Oil change and recalls. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I Was greeted by Sammy. Which explained everything. They have a courtesy car which dropped me off at home while the car was in service. I was later sent a video of the process of my vehicle which I thought was totally awesome. I’ve never seen a service department do that. Once the vehicle was ready Sammy contacted me. I picked up the car and he explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend getting your service done at Jack Daniel’s Kia.

Carlos was heaven sent. He really helped me get out of my situation and into an easier comfortable monthly payment and a beautiful Kia Sportage!
