My Service Advisor, Rolando, was friendly, professional & efficient. He pointed out some additional service that I needed and I agreed to it. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. I will DEFINITELY use Jack Daniels in the future!

Great service overall
So far I’ve had no issues with service. They keep me informed of what’s going on with my car. My only issue is with Kia Sales. When I purchased maintenance at the time of my Lease, I was told by the guy who talked me into getting the maintenance that even replacement filters were covered. I repeatedly asked him to make sure of this and he assured me filters were covered and I would never have to pay for one during my Lease. But today I was told by Charlie in service that was not the case. So I had to pay today for a new filter. I was lied to by your sales team of KIA in FairLawn. This makes me not want to be a repeat customer.

Unhappy loyal customers
Been a loyal customer for 3 cars now referred people to vist there.we got a seltos at a decent price after a week we called to say car was to small they told us to make at least 1 payment and they would help us.now they never return calls or texts .and we still don't have plates . Though loyalty was there motto .all they wanted was a good review. 👎👎we will be going to another dealership done with kia in fairlawn.i quess where on our own on getting our plates

Incredible service from Christian Colino and his team. I live out of state and I called about a car that unfortunately had just sold. Chris worked with me offering different options and informing me about the different sizes and features each model has. He took a lot of time working with me, and giving me options to consider. He stayed in contact and checked in regularly. The absolute best treatment I have ever experienced working with a dealership. I highly recommend Christian and Jack Daniels Kia for your next car purchase.

No Communication
I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and did not hear from anyone for 3 days. I had to call numerous times and never once got a call back. Customer service was non existent. I spoke to a service advisor finally on the fourth day. He put me in touch with the mechanic who at least was detailed and knowledgeable. At least my car got fix. But again as far as customer service was concerned there was none
