The advisor, Saint was awesome!
The advisor, Saint was awesome! Great customer service. Your maintenance guys however could do better. This is the 3rd time that I have to remind them to turn off the engine oil alert once they are finished with changing my oil. And also this time, there was residue left so i had a smoke smell coming through my vents. It already takes 2 plus hours for an oil change, the least they could do is make sure the vehicles are good to go.

I would love to rate a 5 only because Seth was so
I would love to rate a 5 only because Seth was so awesome. But unfortunately I can’t because otherwise my experience was not good. I scheduled an oil change for last Saturday, several days prior to the appointment time. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership so it had been serviced there as well. However, I dropped it off at the scheduled time, around 9am. I called back around 3 to check the status, because I had not heard anything. I was told it was taking so long because they had ran out of the type of oil specific for a BMW with a diesel engine and the oil was being ordered. Not sure how that works but ok, cool. I didn’t need the car so I was fine with picking it up later that day. I picked the car up around 6:30pm from the sales department. As I was driving home, I get an alert on my dash: Engine oil at minimum level: Add 1 quart of oil as soon as possible, see Owner's Manual. Ok, so now I’m panicking because I had driven 20 miles or so with low oil. I called back to speak with Seth, my service rep. Thankfully he answered and advised me not to drive the vehicle and we would speak on Monday and come up with a plan to get the car back there. I was not happy about this but I just kept my cool. Meanwhile, this being my only mode of transportation, I had to borrow a vehicle to drive out of town to visit my son, put gas in it, and use this same vehicle to drive to work on Monday. I spoke with Seth on Monday and he confirmed that it was fine for me to drive the vehicle back to the dealership so they could check it out. I did that and had to wait for another few hours after working all day, when I should have been at home cooking dinner. The car was indeed short of oil. Why? I don’t know. Needless to say, after having to use someone else’s vehicle for 2 days, my time and gas, I was never offered any compensation. Seth apologized but the service manager, I never saw him. He should have been apologizing in my opinion. Seth was amazing throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I DO NOT plan to take my car back there for any reason. Very disappointed that a simple oil change turned in to me being without my vehicle for days and spending more time at the dealership days after the scheduled appointment. Thanks Seth for all that you did to help! You were great! And please place some hand sanitizer at the coffee/snack station in the lobby. I witnessed a couple touch their dog, who should not have been allowed inside (didn’t appear to be a registered service animal) then went on to fix coffee and touch food and other things at the station. I have a dog but I am considerate of others and would never do that! Very disappointed!

Received excellent buying experience, very well taken care of by our salesperson and the sales manager. Desired certain features and they immediately secured what we wanted. No waiting for call backs, etc.

Routine oil change service.
Routine oil change service. The wait was as expected. When my car was returned they failed to reconnect my dash camera. My car wash sticker was removed from windshield also and left on the passenger seat.

Excellent employees both sales and service. The service Dept. Appears a bit disorganized . My advisor Seth was outstanding but needed a bit more training. He did whatever it took to please his customers. A very professional man. Sales Dept is outstanding.
