During our last service visit we received excellent customer service from Matt. He not only took care of us, he made sure our vehicle was taken care of. This day in age, that is very refreshing. If you are new to the area, and own a BMW, we highly recommend Matt B. We have used this dealership for years. It is good to know Matt B. is there to take care of us. He is always willing to share tips and advice when needed. Great service is appreciated!

I’m continuously impressed with the integrity of the service department at BMW Columbia. Especially my service rep, Doug Shoup! He’s the Man to request! I have had 4 different BMW’s regularly serviced there for years. I have NEVER felt they’ve done anything shady or even questionable. They are impeccable!

I was late for my appointment but was still welcomed and serviced with great customer service. The time frame wasn’t long either which was perfect. Oil change was done, all fluids topped off, a live video of the job being done (indcluded recommendations for future services). This place surpassed my expectations and the cost was very affordable!
