Said goodbye to Lexus
Our experience was with Bryce in new car sales. Let me just say, I’ve driven only Lexus since 2004, owning seven new car models in those years. Buying a BMW is a major change for my family and I. We went in thinking we were not going to be sold. I’ve been in sales for over twenty years and know sales pitches all too well. We looked at new and preowned and decided on a new X3. Getting there was effortless, Bryce let us check out different models, test drive a few and let us navigate our way to what felt right. He wasn’t pushy and respected that it was a lot to take in and guided us to make an informed decision. Another perk was this dealership matched CarMax’s offer on one of our Lexus trade in’s. We got over what we owed and used that as a down payment, huge score for us! We were able to get the car we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with and were given excellent service by Bryce as well as by the finance and management team. The technology in this model surpassed the Lexus models we’ve owned and we still have one that’s just two years old. BMW has three years of service included at $0 cost plus extra protection plans to add if you want. We love the new car, it’s exceeded our expectations and they have definitely converted us!

Amazing customer service

My experience
Took car in for scheduled service and had no problem however, I had them check for a Service Engine Soon light also. The service rep came back with a list of faults the mechanic found a needed to be fixed at a cost over 3k! My car is a 2012 with only 78k miles and runs and drive perfectly. I asked if they could reset the fault light to see if faults return. He said they did and light came back on. This didn’t sound right to me so I took the car to another BMW shop in the area they did a diagnostic, cleared codes, drove car and no light! Not sure why your guys couldn’t do this but I’ve driven the car over 230 miles and still no light returned. Your shop really should make sure the techs are doing right by the customers and not trying to make a quick buck.

Doug P, thank you for your recent service visit and review. Many faults do not instantly trigger a service engine light instantly. It may take multiple key cycles for that to occur. Just because the light is not on does not mean codes are not present. Please stop by if you would like us to read the data and see if any of the same codes have reappeared. xxxxxxxxx don’t know how to answer the phone. Also bought a used car spent 8k in 6 months on repairing it. AFTER BUYING A xxxxxxxx WARRANTY THAT COVERS NOTHING FOR 2500$ over asking price on car

Great Services
Yes soon as I pull up at the service line I went straight in didn’t have to wait at all. My service provider Brain Kelly was so polite and helpful, but of course they are always nice and helpful every time I go there. Thanks BMW for choosing the right people for your business.
