My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for me. Preferably an SUV and Emir Abidovic helped us and listened to what I needed and really took into consideration the budget we had. I got everything I wanted in my budget and the experience was amazing! Emir was very helpful and any questions we had he had an answer right away! Very professional!

Repeat customer

Fantastic experience as always....there is a reason this is my 4 vehicle purchased at Bob Brown. My family buying experience goes back to 1970.... customer service and satisfaction is #1. Our salesperson was very knowledgable and if he didn't know the answer he would ask someone who did.

Stopped in to view a new GMC, upgrading to the larger...

Stopped in to view a new GMC, upgrading to the larger crew cab. The sales consultant was lack luster, I have never been to a dealership where I was ready to make a deal and have a sales consultant not seem interested on moving forward. At that point I knew it was a waste of my time and moved on. The sales consultant wanted to explain options on dealer trade rather than make a deal. Save yourself the hassle, shop somewhere else.

Empty Sales Floor

I have bought 3 vehicles from Bob Brown Chevy, thought I would give Bob Brown GMC a chance as they are affiliated with each other (As the salesman said, sister stores). On first entrance, I noticed the sales floor was empty with no customers other than 1 person at the aftermarket products counter. I thought that was unique but wrote it off as an odd time of the day for business. The sales man was more interested in talking about dealer trades than showing me a vehicle on the lot. After some conversation he presented a vehicle on the lot and we spoke about price. Obviously a business has to make money, but it quickly became apparent why I was the only person trying to make a deal. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. Blame it on the salesman, or the sales manager, either way I wouldn’t suggest stopping.

New Vehicle Purchase - Suggest alternative dealers

I would suggest taking your search for new vehicle elsewhere. The unintended advice of the salesman (There are 50 of those within in a 100 mile radius), was worth it. My search took me to Fort Dodge, where I saved 10k in trade-difference (Identical vehicle). The salesman at Bob Brown provided that 1,500 off MSRP was the best anyone could do, because of low inventory due to the GM strike.

Oil change and tire rotation.

I received an email in advance of my scheduled maintenance as a reminder. I live out of town and arrived about 25 minutes early. Despite the early arrival, my car was taken immediately. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Nick was very courteous to both me and my husband. The only negative comment I have is when I went to pay the bill. The gal at the desk did not smile or greet me when I approached her. I spoke to her first and all she said is OK.

Oil Change

Had oil changed for my GMC Canyon the service advisor was courteous when checking in and I was in and out in about 30 minutes and reasonably priced. Ok
