Awesome Experience

We just returned from purchasing a new CRV. The service was outstanding! Matt was our salesperson. He changed his plans to accommodate us. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He thoroughly explained all the features. The entire experience was wonderful.

THE EASE OF BUYING A CAR

This month, I finally accepted that we would have to buy a new car, As an auto insurance agent, I know that this is potentially a very stressful experience. Thankfully, Steven Lord and the whole team at Randy Kuehl Honda made the process so easy. When we went to try out vehicles, there were no hard sells or high pressure techniques to make us sign on the dotted line. Rather, Steven and his colleagues went out of their way to let us try many vehicles. We settled on a 2018 Honda Civic. The team at Randy Kuehl worked diligently to find us financing that would fit our requirements. Thanks to Randy Kuehl Honda we now have a car that I am confident will provide many years of safe and reliable use.

Scratches buffed out on side panel - exellent!

I took my 2015 CRV back to Randy Kuehl Honda so they could buff out some scratches on the side panel that were noted when we purchased the car. Even though I couldn't bring it in to have it done in the required 30 days, they were kind and did it anyway. They gave me a loaner car to run some errands while they had my car in the shop. Everyone I worked with was efficient and pleasant and kept me informed on what to expect. A great experience!

Great Experience!

My intention that day was to drive a 2017 CRV to see if it met my expectations. Ron was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job describing the options and capabilities of the CRV. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and explained details to me that turned out to be very helpful since I purchased the SUV. Several family members of mine have purchased vehicles at Randy Keuhl and I felt very confident making this purchase. Thank you Ron!

Buying new Honda was awesome experience!

This is our 3rd Honda and the reason we return is not only because Honda's have a great safety rating and all around good quality cars, but for the great customer service! Matt Smith is professional , helpful, very knowledgeable and anticipates all our questions. More importantly, he is honest! I left a competitor who tried to sell me a Honda he had in his lot but because of his dishonesty, I returned to the dealership where honesty and integrity goes a long long way with me! Thank you Matt Smith and Randy Kuehl!

Rude Sales Reps, no knowledge of cars

Made an appointment to test drive a car at 10 AM. Was literally kicked out at 11 AM because Sales Rep, Tim Carson, had another appointment. So I made a follow up appointment for 1 PM that afternoon to return and finish discussing the care and my potential trade-in offer. Arrived at 1 PM and Tim was with other customers. Tried to shove us off to another rep who was also with customers... It was very frustrating that Tim would honor an appointment earlier in the day, but felt no need to honor my appointment that afternoon, especially since he knew I did not live in Cedar Rapids. He made no attempt to mask his frustration that I was there at my scheduled appointment time. He kept splitting his time between me and the other customer which really just proved to be a complete waste of time. I ended up walking out because I couldn't get him to focus on my business. In addition to being ignored and demeaned, Tim really didn't know much about the car he was *trying* to sell. He gave me incorrect information about several different basic features. All in all - It's pretty clear this guy doesn't work for commission. He ultimately made no attempt to get my business when I walked ready to buy a car that day. Go to Iowa City, don't waste your time here.

Our car buying experience with Tim Carson.

My husband and I recently purchased a Honda CR-V at Randy Kuelh Honda. Our salesperson was Tim Carson. Mr. Carson was very personable and created a pleasant car buying experience for us. We never felt that Tim was pressuring us. We are senior citizens and he was very thorough and patient in helping us understand how to use the various features. We felt Tim represented the company in an excellent way. We would definitely recommend him to potential car buyers.

Great Experience!

We recently worked with Chanin on buying a new Honda Accord. The experience was relaxed and easy. He was thorough in making sure we understood what would be involved with a lease and understanding the many upgrades the 2016 Accords had vs. our then 2009 Accord. It took us some time to decide and Chanin was patient and quick to respond to emails and texts when we had questions along the way. We love working with Randy Kuehl Honda and know they're always willing to help us out whether it be a new car purchase or servicing the vehicle in the future!!

Thank you Trent

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle for me. We met with Trent Pearson and from the get-go he was extremely helpful. We fell in love with the new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Trent made the entire process easy, had answers to all of our questions and made us feel at ease. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Great First Car Buying Experience!

Over the last few years I have been looking specifically for a Honda Civic or Accord that was a manual, between 30-40 thousand miles, and in my price range. After not finding what I wanted, I called Randy Kuehl and ended up talking with Tim Carson to find out if all their inventory was listed online. He said it was and they didn't have what I wanted. Twenty minutes later he called back and said that a lady (turns out it was his godmother!) traded in her Honda Civic manual. Because of a previous bad experience I had with ANOTHER dealership (a few months back) I was really nervous. Tim wasn't pushy or rude. He put me at ease within a short period of time. I am sensitive to fragrances and Tim worked with me so that the only detailing that was done on the car was with water and vacuuming. Being on a tight budget I could only afford a certain amount. I couldn't go any higher and Tim went to bat several times for me so that my out the door price was what I could afford. I'm grateful and feel blessed that I got Tim as a salesman. He is the only salesman I would suggest to someone else! Thanks Tim! :)
