They did it again! I had another great car buying experience at Randy Kuehl Honda. I was looking to trade my 2014 Honda Civic EX for a more practical Honda HRV. Chanin worked really hard and was able to locate the exact car I wanted with all the features that I wanted. This is the fourth Honda that we have purchased from Randy Kuehl Honda and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle. Thanks Chanin and everyone at Randy Kuehl Honda! Mark Hoyer made the car buying experience painless and enjoyable. He was well-informed but not at all pushy. This dealership sells only Hondas, which is a refreshing change. They are small enough to devote time to customers but large enough to have an amazing inventory.

We bought Honda used car from them and very next day we noticed many hidden problems. We contacted them on the same day but now they are saying that it?s our responsibility and they can?t do anything. It?s really very frustrating to get such response from reputed dealers.

I was looking for a 2012 Honda Fit. Our local dealer didn't have the color we were looking for, so we started making calls. They charge you $102 just for walking through the door. The service advisor who helped me was very rude and actually yelled at me when I questioned the charges.

They damaged my car when I took it in for service and refused to do anything to correct it. They overcharge and only back a new car sales not their service. I will never do business with them again nor advise anyone to take their car to them.

Looking for a used Accord at a good price. Nice folks, pretty high prices. Limited choices.
