Service

Took brand new car in for warranty work. It sat for 3 days before they looked at it, had to order part. I called 3 times over 2 days and sent an email to service manager in addition to a call to make an appointment. No call back. Very disappointed

Hello and we apologize for the delay in our response. We do not have an active Cars.com account and weren't able to respond publicly. We've since had your vehicle in and repairs performed. Unfortunately, our service advisor entered your phone number incorrectly when you brought your car in and we were leaving messages on the wrong number. Sometimes miscommunication happens and that certainly seems to be the case. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Excellent Service

Yesterday I went to Sams Club early to buy business supplies only to get there and my trunk would not open. I tried and tried but was unable to open it. I drove to Voss Cadillac and told the service representatives my problem . In about 5 seconds one was in my backseat and another one was outside my car helping. The lady inside my car was literally standing on her head but in about 5 minutes she had my trunk open ! I was so thankful for their help ! Before I left I also mentioned my windshield wipers were knocking the side of the striping around the glass. They referred me to the body shop .The service representatives inside couldn't have been nicer...they paged a tech who came in just a few minutes .I showed him the problem and he asked me to wait in the waiting room and in less than 5 minutes he had fixed my wiper. I know this is a long review but what I wanted to point out is the exceptional people that work there ! The are kind , they listen to you and then they take action to help you ! I have done business with Voss Cadillac for 15-20 years and they reminded me why. To all the workers there..... Thank You for being who you are. I appreciate you all !

Oil change

When they refilled the oil, they got oil all over the engine

Provides excellent services

Eric was pleasant and efficient in handling my problem. Thanks for the nice loaner car we received. I was grateful to have the extended warranty on the drive train.

Great Service

Eric is very professional, and helpful. He took care of all my needs, and did it in an exemplary manner. Its always good talking to Bryan too.He make everyone feel at home there!

Quick Servcie

Since I gave Voss Village short notice of my need to have my vehicle serviced, I was very happy to get a quick appointment. My vehicle was quickly serviced and washed.

Professional, expedient service and repair

A/C was not cooling properly. They troubleshot the system. found a clogged dryer, part was in stock, replaced defective part, system charged and checked for leaks, all within 90 minutes. Service writer kept my up regularly on progress.

Great, friendly, fast, quality service.

Service was timely and friendly. The safety inspection and wash is also greatly appreciated. The inspection brought potential problems to my attention. These problems I plan to address in the future.

Great service

This was the 2nd time I brought my car in for the same issue. I was very satisfied with everyone's efforts to get the problem corrected. They ended up replacing the rear left wheel bearing. Technician rode with me to understand the problem and also rode with me again after the repairs to make sure I was satisfied.
