Great service and facilities.

Absolutely no complaints. Eric is thorough and knows the business well. I have complete confidence in him to assure high quality as a norm in service and repair.

Superb service.

If I clone Eric, I would. He is a consummate professional, yet so personable. He engages the customer early on with high expectations for successful outcomes. I just love visiting this dealership. Now who likes to do this? I do! This outfit is second to none!!

Speedy repair on my Roadtrip!

My check engine light came on while traveling from Arizona to Youngstown. OnStart connected me with your dealership and downloaded directions to the store. When I arrived the service department took my SRX in immediatly and a hour later the issue was resolved, the car was checked out, washed and I was on my way. Great experience!

Great and quick service

Yesterday, when I started the car, the air conditioner failed to blow air. I went to Voss Cadillac without an appointment. They immediately began to work on the problem and quickly solved it.

Honesty & integrity are still out there!

As always, Service Advisor Eric Willis was great. I would like to thank all the staff involved in my service appointment for their honesty and integrity. I inadvertently left some cash in my car and it was exactly where I left it when I picked up my vehicle. Kudos for excellence all around.

Normal service

I took my vehicle in for quarterly service, and to look for as rattle. Did not find a rattle. all else very good.

Cheryl made my purchase of a new car very easy. She explained all the bells and whistles. I have no complaints with the purchase or my trade-in.

Voss Cadilac - Amazing People, Great Price!

James Kilian was the sales rep that came out to great me, NOT pushy which I LIKED. Gave the option to drive several vehicles was very open and honest about each one. Stayed late even after closing time and I was shopping on the 4th of July weekend too, so I know he too wanted to get out and spend time with his family, but he made me feel like I was the only one who mattered. Jim is very professional, took his professional time on the day I picked up and showed me me how to operate everything, pared my phone, radio and such. I did have a problem with the remote, Jim took time to troubleshoot and root-cause the issues, and when we couldn't figure it out he called Paul or maybe his name was Pete to come out and help - and he did for about 30 minutes. Remote starter not working, so maybe it was the batteries in the remote - I came back the next day and that's when we replaced the batteries and we couldn't get it to work. Then Jim and Pete/Paul stated let's get it fixed give you a loaner then... I met the maintenance manager - not sure of him name Steve? He was helping Jim and I with the remote - he seemed a bit stand off-ish - he seems to me unapproachable - he seemed irradiated that I was having an issue. At one point when walked away with both of my remotes I even made a remark about his attitude to Jim--- Jim being the professional that he is stated "he's the best of the best, been here for a very long time and knows what he's doing" ... in short - Jim was covering for him.... He needs attitude adjustment - manager or not... I really didn't care for him - let's just say he "first impression - wasn't impressive"... The maintenance (Bill)? man who applied the glass coat sealant was very kind - very professional! I give Jim 10+ stars! Jim is amazing and I will go back again and ask for him when I'm ready for my next Cadillac!
