No pressure whatsoever. Great, friendly staff.

The whole transaction was smooth and straight forward. No pressure whatsoever. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and everything was up front. The most important thing to me was to be within my payment budget and that that was met. Now that's the way to do business. Thank you.

All New to Me

This whole experience was very scary to me because I am young and have never worked with a dealership. But Greg Place made me very comfortable to talk to him and to be able to drive with him in the vehicle. The first time I went in I went in with my Dad to just test drive a few cars and Greg did not push me to buy anything but I did find out that I liked the Chevy Malibu then the Cruze that I thought I wanted. So before I left that time I told him what I would like in a car so he could look for me. Between that time and the second time I saw him we kept in touch though email and then I found one that I came in and looked at and loved. When he texted me that morning telling me they had it I was really excited. Plus if he hadn't texted me I would have never looked at my email that he sent saying he found that car. So my parents and I took that Malibu for a test drive and I knew it was the one I wanted. So I told Greg this was the car so we started paperwork and figuring out numbers. He explained everything to me which helped me a lot because I am bad with paperwork and he answered all my and my parents questions. Greg was really good to me and helped me I would really recommend him to younger people that don't really know what they are doing. My whole experience was really fun and interesting. Thank you Sheboygan Chevrolet!!!

Always great service and friendly

There was a bit of a wait but not to bad. When it was my turn to go in the man that waited on me was very nice and helpful with some things.

USB issues no more

We had our traverse in because the usb port was no longer connecting to our devices. It took a few days for the repair as the tried replacing a harness. They kept in touch with us daily what the status of the repair was; in the end it was a simple reboot of the stereo system and everything was up and working again.

Auro Repairs

My Cruze has had three major repairs in the last year. fortunately, all were covered under recall, regular warranty and power train warranty. I am, nonetheless, quite disappointed with the mechanical failures encountered thus far, and I'm sorry that I purchased this vehicle.

DISPLEASED WITH GMC RECALL PROCESS

I am still annoyed by practice of requiring customers to remain in vehicle while vehicle is serviced and I AM ANNOYED THAT I RECEIVE NO REPLY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP OR GMC ABOUT SAFETY RECALLS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN CORRECTED......WHEN ARE MY VEHICLES GOING TO BE REPAIRED!!!

Robert, We are sincerely sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the Quick Lube requirement to stay in your vehicle. The reason for this is safety for our customers as the ground is open. We do have an option that will definitely help. If you would prefer you are more than welcome to bring your vehicle to our service lane at Chevy and wait in the Lounge while they take your vehicle to Quick Lube for you. Giving you an opportunity to get a soda or cup of coffee while you wait. About the recalls on your vehicle. Although I am not aware of the exact recall you are referencing I do know that GM will notify you by mail of the recall. At this time you can contact the dealership and schedule an appointment for your vehicle to be repaired.
