CONFUSED NO RESPONSE 2002 CADILLAC ELDORADO

I WAS TOLD CAR HAD AN OIL LEAK BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAY THE PRICE WAS RIGHT LEAVING ROOM FOR ME TO GET THE LEAK FIXED AND STILL AT A GOOD PRICE. [ NO OIL LEAK 3 DIFFERENT MECHANICS COULD NOT FIND A LEAK I HAVE HAD THE CAR ABOUT 3 MONTHS HAD THE OIL CHANGED ONCE NOT ONE DROP OF OIL !! ] BUT THE CAR STUNK, ROTTEN SMELL INSIDE . TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY DISINFECTED THE CAR , THE NEXT DAY IT STILL STUNK !! CALLED THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER HE WAS NOT IN LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE WITH MY PROBLEM ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO NO RESPONSE !!!! I I FOUND WATER UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT FLOOR CARPET I DRIED IT WITH A SHOP VAC. HAD THE CAR WASHED IT WAS SOAKED UNDER THE SEAT AGAIN THAT'S WERE THE STENCH WAS COMING FROM. I TOOK TO THE LOCAL CADILLAC DEALER HERE IN GREEN BAY AND THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE WINDOW SEAL. IT COST ME $120 AND 2 HOURS [ THEY CHARGED ME FOR TIME SPENT TO FIND THE ONLY ] HASN'T LEAKED SINCE AND NO MORE SMELL !! I AM CONFUSED AS WHY DID''T SHEBOYGAN CHEV TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CAR AND HELP ME FIND THE ANSWER AND WHY DID THEY NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS?

Helped in a pinch

My previous car unexpectedly died years before I planned on replacing it. Without a working vehicle, shopping for a new car is that much harder. Using this dealers excellent online resources, I found a vehicle that met my needs at a great price. That evening, I was test driving the car I wanted, with no pressure to try a more expensive model. As it was a recent trade in, I had to wait to purchase the vehicle officially for several weeks, but, knowing my situation, this dealer allowed me to use their temporary vehicles until I could take mine home. Many people cautioned me to not tell a car dealer that I was without a car, fearing that I would be put at a disadvantage in the buying process. I never had to worry. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.

Used car purchase

Even though I had to wait to purchase my vehicle for weeks due to a recall (not the fault of the dealership) the customer service and communication were great, I would return for sure.

Great dealership!

I have bought every one of my vehicles at Sheboygan Chevrolet for at least 25 yrs. I had never met Jerry, but he was so polite, helpful, never pressured me in any way. As always, I was extremely satisfied, and I love my new Cruze!

Easy to Work With

Sheboygan Chevrolet and our sales person, Shakira Wery were very easy to work with. We saw the car on their website, looked at it on a Sunday when the dealership was closed, and worked out almost all of the rest with emails back and forth. When we got everything worked out we went in and drove the car. Everything was as expected and we left with the car. This was probably the easiest car I've ever bought.

Very helpful.

Had run over a screw in my 2013 Camaro and the service and parts dept. were stellar in helping to both get me the new Pirelli tire and plugging the damaged tire on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Great job!

Another great experience

We decided to purchase another new vehicle and because our great experience in 2008 when we purchased a new Silverado there was no doubt that we were going back to Sheboygen Chevrolet. Our greating was great and the expertise of Shakira was wonderful. I also liked the dealing was it was short sweet and exactly what we wanted to spend. I will continue dealing with the Dealership as long as we own Chevrolets.

Brake lines on Silverado

Replacing a few brake lines cost over $400 in labor? Going rate for this job x hours is fuzzy. $87 or $90+ hr. would be almost 5 hrs. work. Called dealer at 9 am...done by 11:30 am. Either this job was started the prior day or hours were padded?
