2012 Subaru Legacy Purchase
Jeremy was very helpful with our recent Subaru Legacy purchase. We needed something with a lot of headroom and legroom for our tall son. Jeremy recommended the Legacy and our son fit in it with ease and was very comfortable during the test drive. Jeremy and the entire Sommer's staff was very friendly throughout the purchase process. First time buying a Subaru, Lance Wright is amazing
The experience I recently had at Sommers was wonderful. My wife had never bought a new car and wanted to replace her old one with something she'd feel more comfortable in driving through Wisconsin winters. Neither one of us had any experience with Subaru's before so everything about the brand was new for us. After some research we decided on a Subaru Forrester and chose to use the Costco Auto Program. We drove up from Milwaukee and were greeted by a very friendly staff and introduced to our sales specialist, Lance Wright. Lance was such a pleasure to work with and made my wife's first car buying experience a special one. He is so friendly, personable and was willing to work with us to earn our business. Throughout the whole process we felt like we were just spending time with an old friend instead of feeling stressed out about making a big purchase. He was extremely patient and attentive while walking us through the entire process with such class. He even gave my wife a call a few months later to wish her a Happy Birthday. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Lance Wright at Sommers if you're interested in a Subaru because you'll receive exceptional service and have a tremendous experience. I've even considered paying a visit to Lance and breaking my VERY long ties with another car brand because I was so impressed with the entire experience.

Great attitude
Everybody had a great attitude even though it was late on New Years Eve. I'll be back for service and again when it's time for a new truck.

2015 Subaru Forester Purchase
Jeremy Stilb provided us with a relaxing car purchasing experience. He did an outstanding job helping us find the right vehicle for our budget and driving needs. In addition, he offered money saving advice along with a complete explanation of the advantages to the Subaru. When I look for my next vehicle, I have no reason to shop around. GREAT service
I had extremely positive experiences within two days. My iPhone kept losing connection, after about 20 attempts at following the guidance, I couldn't figure out how to reconnect it. I stopped in and one of your salesmen, Dan, came right out and because he had an iPhone knew the tricks that were needed. Also asked if I needed any other assistance. The next day I had my first flat tire ever after 40+ years of driving. I called Sommers and from my first phone call to working with Gary Mortag the experience was incredibly professional and pleasant. A road side assistance truck (Grube's) was at my vehicle within 15 minutes. My tire was changed and the flat taken to Sommers. I promptly received a call that my tire that had less than 700 miles on it, couldn't be saved. I was given a quote and had my new tire installed the next morning. Thanks to Gary and Dan I will sing your praises if anyone asks about auto service and Buick dealerships.

Great experience Sommer's has high quality vehicles at very competitive prices. My fiancé and I had a great car buying experience. Don is the man! Very dedicated to make sure you get everything you want in your new purchase. First time I have ever purchased a vehicle without any buyer remorse. And Sommer's stands up to their reputation of high customer service and satisfaction. Sommer's was able to offer us the most on our trade in. We had a issue with a check engine light that came on within the first week of owning our new Subaru STI. The problem was not anything any inspection could see coming it just happens and it is a costly fix but Sommer's made sure it was all taken care of and fixed right away and supplied us with a loaner vehicle while we waited to get our car back. And they covered the cost of all parts and labor to make the repairs. Overall very impressed with this dealer and could keep typing how happy I am with this dealer but need to stop at some point. So in conclusion I would never recommend any other dealer to any one for and kind of service they might need.

Love My New Car!
I was in the market for an afordable used car. Seth was very knowledgeable and helped me find something in my budget that was also fun to drive. Buying a used car can be a stressful experience.
