Good experience buying our 1st Subaru at Sommer's

. We are so satisfied with our new purchase!! Received from enterprise a jeep compass for work on Honda Civic, Subaru Forester is Better!!! Handling is superior and the base engine has plenty of power! Feel a sense of one ness on road with plenty of grip on corners and straight a ways! Love Our Subaru! Thanks!!!! Steve & Pat

New Forester

Admittedly I had a rocky first visit here but it went up from there. I wrote a review about my first visit on there website and was contacted right away via phone and email by Grant Sommer. They took my comments very seriously and took steps to make sure the same scenario does not repeat itself in the future. Grant personally assisted me and did not give me the run around-gave me a fantastic deal right off the bat and a few days later I was driving away in my new car. Michael in financing was also great and was not pushy at all. Josh did a great job walking me through all the techy stuff in my new car and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I will be a repeat customer now.

Baught a 2015 STI out of State

My experience started with a brand new STI on Car soup advertised significantly below list. My first thought is, Is this to good to be true. I emailed the dealership right away and Nikki from customer service emailed me within the hour. I then kept the conversation going and ended up taking to Mark from sale and Keagan from finance. They set me up with financing before my visit. Once I got there I got the advertised price on the car no crazy fees or gimmicks just the dealership finance and paper fee. They were all great honest guys, my car was clean and beautiful and ready to go, and everything went buttery smooth. I also must mention they sent a elderly gentleman named Bill to pick me up at the airport and we had a great conversation about travels and life on the way. I cant say how much I enjoyed the ride to the dealership. Bottom Line Mark was great t work with. I spent quite a bit of money but still walked away with a smile on my face and ready to tell everyone I knew how great my experience was. If I ever buy another new Suby I will go out of my way to go back to this dealer this sales man.

Body Shop work at Sommers

In late December, I suffered my 1st ever car-deer encounter and my car lost. After contacting my American Family Insurance agent, I learned that Sommer's Buick, GMC Subaru was an authorized body shop and decided to give them a try, Although i've been a Mequon resident forover 5 years, I've never purchased a car at Sommer's or used hem for service. My entire experience with Sommer's body shop and its manager, Scott was terrific. He had someone assess the dmage as soon as I arrived (luckily the car was driveable) and took care of all the paperwork with American Family. He also explained the two best options for the repair and assured me that "he and his experienced staff would take good care of my car." They provided a loaner when needed at no cost and returned my car, when promised, and in very clean condition. Although I've owned the car since new and am very familiar with every crease and angle, I can't detect any obvious sign of repair work and couldn't be more pleased with the results. After this experience, I'd recommend Sommer's to anyone, especially those in need of body work, and will give them every opportunity to sell me my next vehicle. Norm

Love My Subaru!

I did a lot of research before deciding on a Subaru. I went to a dealership in Oshkosh and had an awful experience. The following day, I went to Sommers in Mequon and had the BEST car buying experience ever. I have been driving for over 40 years; have driven a lot of different vehicles, and shopped many different dealerships. The staff at Sommer's and the inventory on the lot were the best! Will never shop anywhere else. Love my Subaru (Forester) as much today as the day I drover her off the lot!

2012 Subaru Legacy Purchase

Jeremy was very helpful with our recent Subaru Legacy purchase. We needed something with a lot of headroom and legroom for our tall son. Jeremy recommended the Legacy and our son fit in it with ease and was very comfortable during the test drive. Jeremy and the entire Sommer's staff was very friendly throughout the purchase process. We highly recommend Sommer's.

First time buying a Subaru, Lance Wright is amazing

The experience I recently had at Sommers was wonderful. My wife had never bought a new car and wanted to replace her old one with something she'd feel more comfortable in driving through Wisconsin winters. Neither one of us had any experience with Subaru's before so everything about the brand was new for us. After some research we decided on a Subaru Forrester and chose to use the Costco Auto Program. We drove up from Milwaukee and were greeted by a very friendly staff and introduced to our sales specialist, Lance Wright. Lance was such a pleasure to work with and made my wife's first car buying experience a special one. He is so friendly, personable and was willing to work with us to earn our business. Throughout the whole process we felt like we were just spending time with an old friend instead of feeling stressed out about making a big purchase. He was extremely patient and attentive while walking us through the entire process with such class. He even gave my wife a call a few months later to wish her a Happy Birthday. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Lance Wright at Sommers if you're interested in a Subaru because you'll receive exceptional service and have a tremendous experience. I've even considered paying a visit to Lance and breaking my VERY long ties with another car brand because I was so impressed with the entire experience.

Great attitude

Everybody had a great attitude even though it was late on New Years Eve. I'll be back for service and again when it's time for a new truck.

Everything about Sommer's was top notch. Staff, facility, everything. The owners even thanked me for my business directly, and the sales manager and sales team were professional and fun
