Don’t buy your Subaru anywhere else!

I bought my Subaru from Steve Hanke last July. It’s now April and I was recently rear ended. I knew immediately I wanted to take my car back to Sommer’s regardless of what insurance recommended and called him up. I barely got my name out saying he probably wouldn’t remember me and without missing a beat he responded remembering me and my car. He has been nothing but accommodating and everyone there actually cares about making sure you’re satisfied and have your questions answered. I tell everyone to go to them, and particularly Steve! They are all truly wonderful people there. Not just for sales, but for you! I fully trust them and can’t wait to be back in my Subaru soon!

Loved working with Joseph such a nice guy

I know they didn’t know the lease rates when we ordered our 2018 but it was troubling to not know what the price would be

Great knowledge of Subaru Cars

I was presold when I walked into Sommers Subaru as several family members already had this car and couldn't brag enough. Mary Higgins reinforced this belief and pointed out even more features I was unaware of. I also like going back for the follow-up appointment to refresh my memory of all the things Mary had already taught me. My experience with this dealership was positive.. .

Great experience!

I have bought many over the years from many dealers and none have been as low key as yours (which is greatly appreciated). In fact just before we revisited Somersault, we were at Kia and the pressure to buy turned us off. I will never go through that experience again. Your salesmen, especially Stere, are friendly, knowledgeable and just plain nice.

First time for everything....

Let's face it, the only good part of buying a new car is the new car smell and the test drive. The actual buying part is frustrating and time consuming. Well, for the first time working with Craig, we did not feel that way at all. He listening to our concerns and about vehicle safety and the importance of an All Wheel drive system that actually works. He answered all our questions regarding airbag locations and crash ratings. After we decided on the Forester, the transaction was smooth and we did not have to waste an entire day meeting waiting for this person, that person, etc. Craig was outstanding and we will return to buy our next vehicle from him!
