This is my third Subaru lease !

The call goes like this, " Troy?

The call goes like this, " Troy? Lady Redbird here. I need a new car. A Forester this time. Limited, I think, if you agree that's the best model for me." I can count on him giving it to me straight, no over sell, no extras I'll never use, no phony trips to The Manager's office. Troy doesn't laugh that I need a red car -- My workplace is Redbird Studio. He calls me Lady Redbird. I call him Best Car Guy. I drive away in my sixth Subaru safe, proud and happy.

Service was prompt and efficient. I asked a sales rep to call me about ordering a 2026 Crosstrek but no one called me back😢

This is my second vehicle from this dealership.

This is my second vehicle from this dealership. And this past visit is the first time I have been very disappointed in the service. I had the 30,000 mile check up done. I will not judge the dealer ship on this one visit. I was quoted one price on the phone and when I came in it was much higher, the dashboard still says need service and oil change when I turn my car on, the brakes still make a noise when I use them, was told brakes are fine. They still make a noise when I step on them, And the debate about how much air in tire. Service person told me to use what is in the door and not on the tire. Had new tires put on else where after a blow out. Tires say a higher number than what is on the door. Like I said very disappointed, But before I stop going to Sommers I’ll wait till the next visit.
