Awesome purchase experience from start to finish. Buying from out of state and unable to view the car in person was nerve wracking but Esteban was outstanding and answered every single question I asked. I have only had my 2011 SL 550 for about 3 weeks, but so far I absolutely LOVE IT. Esteban, Nick and Jim were wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I was searching the internet for specific convertibles and stumbled upon the Genuine Motorcars site, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they were located in my area and could visit their dealership. Everyone we spoke with was professional and knowledgeable, by far the best car buying experience.

This dealership is phenomenal. Purchased a used Mercedes-Benz and they - not me -identified cosmetic imperfections and fixed them. Same with other items by having a third party performing a full pre-purchase inspection, replacing all the fluids, installing a new battery, and arranging shipping across the country. From salesman to management, the experience was extremely professional and personable. Highly recommend.

Esteban at Genuine Motorcars this summer. I was a bit skeptical buying it sight unseen and wiring funds over the internet to a dealership I did not know as I’m in Virginia and they are in Florida, but he made the process so warm and assuring; sent me a detailed video of how beautiful it was and detailed any small imperfections so I could feel comfortable with what I was buying. She is a beauty!!! I call her Marilyn because she’s that perfect! Metallic blue with 27,000 miles and in perfect condition. I don’t go anywhere without someone stopping me to ogle her! Tim, the manager made the transaction easy and both arranged for Class A covered delivery to my door! I will definitely be buying from them again and anyone else should feel comfortable doing so too! 5 Star dealership!
