Crest had the best pricing for used CTS. I found there CTS's online. When I came in there were no games played and they made it very easy to purchase and drive my CTS home the same day. Thank you again

had a lot of fun leasing my CTS from Dan at Crest. I have had it for 4 months and just had my first oil change and everyone was very professional. they always wash my car when it is nice enough outside to wash it.

Very bad on-line experience -
The car they currently have on line was sold a week ago!(it's still on as I write this!) We agree to another car at a higher price - They then told me when we sent our application in on-line they don't finance on a SATURDAY! - When I called on Monday to prepare for the pick-up of the car that night I was told I would have to pay $1600 MORE than the agreed price. Don't waste your time with these guys!!

We are terribly sorry for the experience you had here at Crest Cadillac. We understand that our reputation is what sets us apart from everyone else. We have never gotten a bad review and hope this can be resolved. We do finance on Saturdays and we would never charge more than the agreed price on a contract once the offer is accepted, so I would very much like to talk to you and figure out where all of the confusion was.
