Cadillac SRX

My wife and I just purchased an SRX for Crest Cadillac, we were very happy with the service we received especially from the sales person David Ulwelling. He was very knowledgeable about the products Crest offered and made the buying process easy. We will be back for future cars.

Fear of car dealers

Usually I would feel very intimidated when buying a car, but the experience I had when I bought my Chevy HHR from David was one that made me feel extremely comfortable about my car buying decision. He helped me find the right fit in a car for my needs and went above and beyond to insure that I was happy.

Service with a smile :)

After many years of trying to find a service writer who believes me when I tell them something is wrong and understand my description of "a grind or a whistle," I finally found that with Dan Deutschendorf. Besides the friendly service, he always listens closely to what I'm trying to explain and they always figure it out the first time and give me the best price they can. My favorite Service Tech is Glen Deutschendorf, who I can trust beyond a doubt and has always put my safety first and foremost. Trust is important to me and I can find that at Crest :)

Purchase of 2012 Cadillac SRX

We are very pleased with our entire experience at this dealership. We took the vehicle out for a testdrive and had every possible option explained to us by David our salesman. He handled everything for us including the trade of our existing vehicle and we left with a new vehicle in three hours. Follow up calls have been great and service on our vehicle has been exceptional. We will definitely visit David when we are looking for our next vehicle.

Great service and no hassle sales team.

I had a great experience at Crest Cadillac and have purchased three cars there over the last 6 yrs. The buying experience couldn't be better and the follow up Customer service is too notch and consistent over the years I have owned one if there Cadillacs. I would highly recommend then to anyone looking for a Cadillac.

Crest makes car buying easy

I have purchased many vehicles and my experience with purchasing from Crest Cadillac rates towards the top. I had been looking for a 2011 CTS and my initial reason for calling them was the competitive price on the car. However it was my experience in dealing with David over the phone that sealed the deal. I traveled 4 hours and the car was as I had envisioned. I also traded my vehicle. There was no haggling over the deal. I recommend this dealership and will be driving 4 hours in the future to deal with them on my next vehicle!

Bought a used 2012 CTS coupe

I found a car on cars.com and called and spoke to Nan Stolts. She worked with me since I was 2500 miles away in California. I flew out and there were a few light scratches in the finish. They loaned me a car to tour Milwaukee while they fixed the finish. When I came back I could not believe the great job they did, and I am very picky. Everyone was great to work with and they were all very professional. I can't find a bad thing to say about the experience of buying from Crest Cadillac.

2012 used CTS coupe

I called and talked to Nan about flying out and seeing the car. She made it very easy and I had them repair a few little scratches in the paint. They gave me a loaner car to visit Milwaukee with while I waited for the repairs to be done. I am very picky and the job they did was exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to all, very professional and everyone there was great to get along with.

Not helpful at all, didn't care

My vehicle was in for a minor repair, which was done promptly and correctly, although the repair person left dirty slush on my floormats! Since I was in the market to purchase my next vehicle, I visited sales while I was waiting. I knew I was ONLY going to buy a 2011 DTS with a bench seat and made that clear to the sales person. It had to be new or under 5000 miles. He tried to sell me a different type of vehicle and showed me two 2011 DTS's that he had with NO bench seat, high miles and beat up bodies. As an owner of an 8 yr. old caddy with not even a door ding, this was totally unacceptable! Instead of offering to locate vehicle for me, I was told I would NEVER find what I was looking for, they are not out there etc. Four days later, I bought the EXACT car I wanted, flew to Kansas City picked it up and drove it home. If only this dealership would have put the least amount of effort into this sale of a $57,000 car, they could have had a present and future customer.

Just what I was looking for

I spent a good while looking for a low mileage late model CTS. I had a difficult time finding a car in my price range near my home. I started to look online and came across Crest Cadillac. I gave Crest Cadillac a call, and they were very helpful in finding a car to suite my needs. Tom was very easy to work with in finding the exact car I was looking for. The used car manager Ross was very helpful in negotiations, in order to get the price I wanted. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, courtesy, and outcome of my dealings with Crest Cadillac.
