The dealership was very clean and had a lot of used

The dealership was very clean and had a lot of used vehicles to choose from. My experience when I was finalizing my vehicle financing was good. However, when I first started getting in communication with the dealership, my experience was less than ideal. I went through three employees before I got the the one who actually helped me. One of them even ghosted me. That being said, the salesman I did end up working with was very helpful, polite, and good-humored. Thank you, Scott.

I love Scott’s professionalism while maintaining

I love Scott’s professionalism while maintaining hospitality, with attention to details. I also loved that RM Toyota installed a new ChargePoint station (finally) and allow customers wait and charge. We customers can use a few more to be honest. In any case, I have nothing but excellent regards for Scott and his team.

I recently brought my Sienna minivan in to Royal Moore,

I recently brought my Sienna minivan in to Royal Moore, we had picked up a screw in the sidewall of our right rear tire. Tristen was our service advisor and he was wonderful! He communicated well with me and let me know that our tire was still under warranty, and we had the van back in plenty of time for baseball practice! Tristen's exceptional customer service will have us coming back to Royal Moore.
