Came in with my Camry Hybrid today for a Radiator Grill

Came in with my Camry Hybrid today for a Radiator Grill Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out almost before we got out to the car. Sure enough, something (in this case an unfortunate bird) was blocking the shutter mechanism. He got down and pulled it out, scanned for additional errors, reset the system and I was on my way. 10 minutes total tops. No charge ..... and that's a very good price! Thanks Greg for your thoroughness and Hustle. Made my Day. Paul D.

Scott and the team at Royal Moore were so wonderful to work with! The listened to my needs and provided me with the information that I was looking for. After car shopping for over a year I finally purchased the exact car that I wanted and felt confident in doing so because of the commitment and confidence that Scott provided me with!

“This dealership n staff never disappoint, so far I have never had an issue during any of my services everyone is always quick and courteous! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is the new surcharge on credit cards but I understand it wasn’t Caroline’s fault but they should change that other wise 10/10”
