Good auto dealer, one you can enjoy.

All staff were very courteous. My salesman, Gary Bates, was really great. No pressure. Very personable. Gary really took care of me and got me into a real "find". I truly enjoyed buying at Andy Mohr Chevrolet. Really loving the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I bought.

Great Service

Shawn did an excellent job. Made the car buying experience easy for my in-laws. There was a little issue with one of the tire air pressure sensors that they fixed before we left. Great Job guys!!!!

Lease

We came into the dealership due to our current leases being due. We had a great experience with Gary our salesman. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and took us on several test drives.

Great salesmen!

Ryan had LOTS of patience with me. I noticed other salesmen with customers as well...Larry Zimmerman demonstrated top quality experience too. I would write more, but I'm at my granddaughter's Basketball game!!! All of your staff were great.....also the young lady training me on my onStar system, etc....THANKS TO ALL....LOVE MY NEW Traverse!!!!

A Few Bumps Things were taken care of.

I had a few bumps in the process waited 5 days to pick up after purchasing truck. Detailing was poor Mr. Vinyl did not get seat repaired ziebart did a poor job and was unable to find 2nd key and key fob all which required me to return truck. All issues were taken care of after a few days. Lane Hosier was my sales man I had seen him many times when I had came in over the past year looking at different trucks. I enjoyed working with Lane He was not pushy very friendly and he took time every time I came in to show me the trucks I that I wanted to looked at. He was very helpful and professional in the entire process.

People were polite, prompt, and service was quick

I have no complaints. Service was prompt and good. Everyone I dealt with was courteous. I will continue to come back for service as long as it is this way.

Oil Change

Quick, same day appointment, took less time than expected. Complimentary drop off and pick up. Discounted me $20 off service, forgot coupons at home and it was cheaper than coupons!
