I came in for an M5 not too long ago. The only good part of the experience was that the salesperson was pretty chill. But here’s where things went downhill… I live about 2 hours away and had to make the drive twice. When I got the car checked out with a PPI, the whole passenger-side suspension was covered in fluid, the undertray was messed up, and the right headlight didn’t even work. I told them—if they fixed everything, I’d still buy the car. Gave them multiple chances, but they wouldn’t budge. They expected me to buy it as-is, damaged, and still pay full price. Repairs would’ve cost around $6K. Here’s the real lesson: listen to the bad reviews, not just the good ones. I ignored the bad and gave them the benefit of the doubt. If I hadn’t done that PPI, I’d be stuck with a seriously messed-up car. The bad reviews are usually the honest ones. And for what it’s worth—I don’t write reviews. Ever. This is actually the first time I’ve felt the need to say something.

Worst dealership, I bought a 2013 Porshe Panamera GTS the salesman (Hasani) lies to me about the car said their mechanic check the car out some as I put gas in engine light came on, then when I got it home find out it needed brake which owner paid to get them on but then I call back told something was serious wrong this car and send pictures of the problem ,they ignore and I call again then I told Finacial manger about it he said use the warranty which did cover the problem and he accused me about the problem with the car and hung up the phone but got a lawyer and going to sue them just cause buy a car AS IS that don't mean you can sell a car with a bad transmission which that major component of a car and bad suspension as my lawyer said now I'm stuck with a car that can't drive been sating in my garage a month bought it May 15 which I could have got kill on the like the Porshe dealership said they even told me not to drive it ,I hope they very that got my money but I will be suing them

Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I came in for a test drive, and within 10 minutes, the salesperson lost my driver’s license after taking it. She repeatedly insisted she had given it back, asking me to “check my pockets”. Eventually, she promised to review security footage and overnight it if found. Since I was traveling out of state with family, I had no choice but to trust them. The next day, I followed up early, only to be told they were “too busy” to check the footage. By the afternoon, they admitted they wouldn’t even try. When I requested to speak to a manager who I was hoping to sway into allocating the human resources needed, I was repeatedly transferred to voicemail and stonewalled by multiple employees. The salesperson who lost my ID suddenly became “unavailable.” At this point, I was worried about identity theft, yet they showed zero urgency or accountability. Losing a customer’s ID is bad enough, but their eventually dismissive and unprofessional response made it worse. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your personal information mishandled and your pleas ignored.

So I tried to speak to someone regarding a Tesla. However no one responded back to be regarding the Tesla. on top of that still no one called.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. Again, if you are looking for a vehicle, and find one here, BUY BUY BUY! Thanks again Hasin!
