Started the process just by browsing their website. It was very organized and very easy to use. Once we found a car that we were interested in (2008 Mercedes CLK 550), we gave a call to the dealership and talked to Dean. He was very professional and sent us additional pictures of the car via text. No pressure, and very informative. From there we went to physically see the car and it was everything that the website and Dean had said. The whole process was easy, no pressure and very personal. I just purchased my first car from Spanos. Cathy Courtney was able to get everything started for me and I finished things up with Craig and Jeff. Initially I setup financing with Bank of America but was informed they wouldn't approve as Spanos was an Independent Dealer, that's after doing business with them for over 15 years. Thanks to the quick thinking of Craig, he was able to secure my financing through Space Coast CU and Jeff finalized all the paperwork with me on the day I picked up my car. Spanos Imports and our Salesperson Cathy were just what we needed to start our year off! We wanted to trade our Yukon Denali for a BMW. We were upside down significantly with the Yukon. Our bank had given us some info that gave us an impression of a great deal and then claimed the info was given in error. This caused us great distress and aggravation. Cathy was extremely patient and understanding. As we were trying to jump through hoops with our bank to no avail she was working with her finance department to find us a deal we could do...and it happened. We our now proud new owners of a 2015 BMW 740LI. We will definitely purchase there again even though they are two hours away!
