Sold us a car with multiple problems. Delivered the car with a bad turbo. Engine was making a bad noise that was noted the day of delivery. Took it to Audi who diagnosed a bad Turbo. Spanos ultimately replaced the Turbo with what we were told was a new one, but it appears to be used. Should have been addressed before delivery. Lost use of the car for a week. The rest of the issues they would not honor: Car had difficulty starting. Told us they couldn't find anything wrong.Turned out to be a bad high pressure fuel pump. Ended up having Audi repair for $1600 Car delivered with broken sunroof shade. They said "not their responsibility"($500.) Delivered the car with 1 key FOB that was missing the emergency key. Spanos promised to provide missing keys. Every time we called we were told "they're not in yet, we'll call you when we receive." 2 months later, we ended up buying our own ($350) You be the judge...

Picked up car on saturday, check engine lite came on...
Picked up car on saturday, check engine lite came on Sunday and paid over 450 on Monday to fix. All I got from Spanos is sorry. Think twice before purchasing

I had one of most delightful car buying experience today. Dean Shaw is one of the most down to earth salesman I have ever met. His no pressure selling tactics and knowledge of the vehicles in their inventory was refreshing. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but Spanos Motors reminded me today of what that is. I will most definitely recommend them to friends and family.
