Purchased a vehicle from Spanos motors and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Miguel he was easy to work with and knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable never any pressure and actually enjoyed my buying experience will definitively tell my family to go see him !

Unhappy Customer

I Purchased 2013 BMW 535i in March 2019, there were some repairs that needed done. Brought back to dealership no problem, however I had to sign my sales paperwork 4 different times (I live 2 hours away) They couldn't get my address correct which is on my license. The sunscreen bunched up on the panoramic sunroof, along with some other minor repairs which they fixed which took them almost 3 weeks. Come September the same thing happened I call and bring the car back up there 9/28/19 and did not get the car back till 11/8/19 over this 5 week period the only thing done to my car was oil change which I requested, the airbag replaced in the suspension, rotors cut which I didn't approve, and still the sunscreen is not fixed. I was told that Spanos does not warranty their own work and they would fix if I paid half. I told them the false promises from the beginning and what I had to pay due to the Maintenance Manager at that time not doing his job or keeping his word (he was no longer there ironically). So after 47 calls over the 5 week period to Spanos Motors wanting to talk to Lisa the General Manager, Vic one of the owners, or anyone with authority to get my BMW fixed to no avail that did not happen. I did talk to Lisa in the beginning which everything was fine we were working together trying to find a resolution. When I pointed out the work was not done correctly in the beginning and the sunscreen was not replaced like I was told it was, I was then told "I don't know what they did we got new computer system there isn't any way to see what was done". I was wanting to discuss the solution I came up with that would make both parties happy however, everyone I spoke with at Spanos motors could not make the executive decision to help me. Per Lisa she was wanting me to pay for half of the repairs, That offer is now off the table in my eyes, I want my BMW sunscreen completely replaced the way it was supposed to have been in March not just the clips on a torn sunscreen which what was done. Spanos even went to my extended service plan which does cover the repair but since it was repaired once "incorrectly" they will not cover any repairs to it. I do not like complaining I have been very calm through this whole process and I do not like going to this extent but I want to be able to use my sunroof and have a vehicle with working parts. I have sent a copy of this complaint to BMW even though they are used cars they need to know who is representing them.

DeaN and Angel helped me with the purchase of a wonderful and stunning Mercedes Benz. They were both polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all unlike many other dealers. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great visit and easy sale.

In my search for a new car I found a vehicle I wanted to test drive at Spanos. I called them on my way in to town set up an appointment during my visit and proceeded to go. The visit was stress free. They got the car I wanted to see right away. Miguel my sales associate was a pleasure to work with the first day. Everyone in the office from sales to the financial guy answered my questions without hesitation. I ended up purchasing the vehicle on the next Visit after a deposit was put down. That process was very simple. When I arrive to pick up the car. It was detailed and just the same as I left it. The prices here, at least for the car I purchased were under carfax estimated value and the car by far exceeded the expectations I had for a gently used car. It was in fantastic shape. Honestly the interior didn’t even look used. When I picked up the car my sales associate was otherwise engaged so Angel helped me with the final process along with the dealer/money gentleman. Overall, this far, would highly recommend shopping here.

Angel was great as my salesman. Helped me pick out a car that fit. I'm very happy and angel went out of his way to make it happen. Jeff in finance did as well. thumbs up.

Spanos Motors

Great service, Great atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. Able to test drive all vehicles. Happy with the purchases. I bought my Mercedes and my wife bought a Mini Cooper at this location. Both purchases on the same day! Happy with our purchase!
