Terrible finance manager
Lee McGee sold he my car, he was great. The finance gentleman I dealt with was complete trash. Tried playing the typical dealer shell game. Showing rates that weren't based off my credit score. Lying about line items that I requested be deleted. Terrible experience.

Meagan, We are very glad Lee McGee was able to help assist you with finding the right car for you! It is very disappointing to hear you cannot say the same about your finance experience. We would like to discuss things further and make things right. Please give our General Manager, Clay Evans, a call at 262-886-2886. We appreciate your business and hope we can resolve this issue to earn your business back!
On Time and Friendly
I've been using this dealership exclusively for the last two years since I purchased my 2003 Kia from them. I'have been pleasantly surprised at the fairness of their prices and the promptness of their service department. If I purchase another Kia it will be from them.

Friendly, helpful service.
We have been dealing with KIA over ten years now. Service has always been great. From Michigan to Boucher here in Racine. But, honestly, Nicholas Schouten was a great salesman. He was very helpful, patient and friendly. Very happy we got him for our sale.

Professional, patient, and no pressure sales process.
The sales person who assisted me was helpful and was willing to stay after hours if needed. She showed me a number of used autos within my price range and explained how each was equipped. She answered all my questions demonstrating her knowledge which was ezceptional.

Great experience
We visited this dealership after we visited several other in IL specifically one in Gurnee. We were so pleasantly surprised with people here in Racine and how much they wanted to help us because our experience in Gurnee was horrible. We worked with Ashley Mahon and she was great. Also they were able to find us the best financing as well. These people love what they do and you feel it too.

Certified Preowned warranty is meaningless to them
I bought a 2016 "Certified Preowned" Volkwagen Jetta on Friday 9/13 (hmm Friday the 13th...). Whilst on the drive home on the interstate, I realized that the brakes were vibrating severely when I pressed them harder and going at higher speeds. Something I didn't do on the test drive. Perhaps my fault for not inspecting further, but I mistakenly thought the Certified Preowned warranty had some meaning (described as 2 year, 24000 mile, bumper-to-bumper). I called about an hour down the road and they said that my local dealer should be able to help. They were not helpful, but the local dealer (Grossinger... also stay away) is notorious for terrible service. I didn't want to keep driving with the vibrating brakes and cause further damage, and I needed a car, so I ended up taking it to my trusted mechanic and paid $613 for all new rotors and brake pads. I'll post pics of the rotors here later, but it turns out that they were rusted beyond repair for the car sitting too long. Today is Thursday 9/19, and the responses I keep getting from Frank Boucher people is "oh, we need to talk to [so and so]", or "my service guy is looking into the records". It's so sad to find out that these warranties are meaningless to the dealers. I've been scammed. I like the car, but so upset about the loss of peace-of-mind that the warranty is supposed to bring. Scott Moore, and Dawn Stallman, I am a deeply dissatisfied customer.
