very profesional

I only had a couple of minor issues, but you took care of them in as quick as could be expected. you also took measures to keep my car clean.

Friendly...prompt service good price Always quick and accomodating on doing qhatever i ask od them......would like to see more cost saving coupons that would cover more service items

Fairly seamless transaction...

For buying a vehicle, it's was a good experience. I've work with other dealers in the past that I did not enjoy. All negotiation seemed fair and straight forward. In finance office, I was waiting for the high pressure sales pitch for an extended warranty, but that was not the case. It was offered and explained, and that was it. My only complaint is the that a $500.00 charge for "Paint Protector"?, which was not disclosed prior to the final transaction, was add to the final number. That was disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was good...

My owners manual didn't get put back after service

The front desk seemed like they wanted to pay attention to my issue. Also the gave me a confident reassurance on the mechanics behalf. The problem was fixed. It wasn't put back in my GLOVE BOX.

I've been attended extremely well. The lady in charge was friendly and efficient. The service was done in less than 1 hour, the car was delivered clean, thanks!

Customer Service

Great people working with Customer Service. Pat is great with the customer and explaining all work and charges. Waiting times for general service is very reasonable. Ie oil changes.
