Worth the drive

My husband and I found the Toyota that we were looking for on the internet and traveled nearly two hours to Palmen Dodge in Racine. We dealt with Chuck Schovain and were very pleased with his customer service. Palmen car sales staff is a cut above the rest! The atmosphere in the their sales office is so friendly and warm. We did not feel like we were being pressured at all, unlike what we have experienced at other dealerships. Palmen and Chuck provided us with a most memorable experience!

Jeep Compass

I got my last car from Palmen and Katie, but they exceeded all of my expectations for my new (used) Compass. I messaged Katie about what type of car I wanted and what I could afford, and within a week I had my new Compass which is perfect. Katie is the ultimate professional, I'd never buy a car from anybody else

Great Experience

Even though construction was happening and I was unsure of the process an employee stopped what he was doing to help me. Then when I dropped my car the service advisor was very friendly. On a separate note Katie took very good care of me and made my buying process very smooth, first time I was in an out of any dealership! Will spread the word and be back again.

Patti Ostergaard, Service Department, is a true asset to Palmen. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use Palmen for tune-ups and all my Jeep needs.
