Lexus of Chandler

Refreshing from the usual vehicle-buying experience! I told them what we wanted, was presented with two initial options that were close, and selected one. After accepting the offer, we saw exactly what we wanted on their incoming. We asked to change and they made it happen. No high-pressure sales, no grumpiness even though the final price was slightly below what we initially accepted. All around, a great experience and why we've bought several vehicles from this dealership!

ZAK Carpenter has been so helpful in choosing my car, he was very good at explaining things and he listened every concerned. Zak was funny ( in a good way) and made things very easy for you when you are planning to buy a car. He provided options and walking you through the process of deciding which car is better for you. Greg Lopez is also very good in checking my new car. He kept communicating in me while my car is in service and telling me the updates and gave me the timeline when to get my car. I really appreciate these people coz they addressed my concerns and they were very approachable. What I'm not really happy was the guy in the Finance Department, he just talk and deliver what he wants, I know he is a sales person but he didn't even ask me what I need. Maybe because I don't look that much. He is okay but I would rather have another person from Finance.

Everyone is helpful and efficient. They are not pushy at all and I appreciate that.

Staff is very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Great customer service and I will continue to work with them for future Lexus purchases. .

Very good sales experience. Up front on pricing and the sales process. I was set on buying the car and they made the entire process seamless and friendly. Answered all my questions and accommodated my visit by being ready at the reserved time. I felt not rushed during the test drive and sales negation process. Salesmen - Moumen was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable answering all my questions and also providing me with additional information about the car that I did not think about. Very satisfied with the whole sales process. Great Job!

My salesman (Zak) and the Business manager(Laurie) , the employees I worked with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and “bent over backwards “ for me. Very professional without pressure!

I inquired about a recent trade in listed on Cars.com. I made an appointment to stop in and look at the vehicle. They indicated it was in the shop for service and checkup. I received an email indicating the vehicle would not be ready by my appointment time. The next day I got a call to inform me the vehicle was sold. No harm/ No foul.
