We had the best customer service from Sam Ladd at Lexus of Chandler from the moment we called him till the moment we left the show room with our brand new car. Sam made us feel like we were his only customers he kept us up-to-date with our car status always calling us right back with the many questions we had for him. We would call him 2 to 3 times a week. We recommend Lexus of Chandler to anyone who wants great customer service and a great car. Thanks Sam Ladd you deserve the highest recommendation on a job well done Sir. Thank you again Sam. Lexus of Chandler is a Top Notch Dealership。The reason I scored them high is because they were friendly and completely transparent throughout the buying process of our LS500. Our salesman was new but we had the opportunity to talk with the sales manager and the finance manager and everybody was great. No hidden fees, no lies or deceptions. We were very impressed. The caliber of the people they hire are excellent. After our great purchase experience, we brought our parents by the next day to purchase a ES350. Both my parents parents have medical issues, use assisted walking devices and tire easily. The staff was more than accommodating and offered them exceptional service even though they didn’t have to. I commend Toddy, Eduardo, Kerry and Lynn. Thank You so much for making all of our experiences great and we look forward to future business with you.

We have always had a difficult time at a car dealership
We have always had a difficult time at a car dealership as the deals would usually take hours to complete and things almost always changed from the initial conversation. However, even after we explained our situation, Sam presented us an initial offer without further questions and then presented the very same offer to us even after we came in and submitted our paperwork. He was true to his word. They were all true to their word. Best of all, it was quick and easy.
