Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers (North)

Being a previous 2010 CX-9 owner with absolutely no issues, we decided to go back to Mazda and look at the 2017 CX-9. We worked with Brian "Carside" Garside and we had a great experience despite going a different route on a new car! Would highly recommend not only this dealer (Sales Manger was great as well)!, but highly recommend Brian, he was very knowledgeable and low pressure.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Bob Penkhus on Powers! David Cotton was fantastic in helping us! When we had to return our first vehicle, we fully expected to be met with irritation. Fortunately for us this was not the case. They were gracious, understanding and completely professional. Brian Garside is the man to see! I have bought multiple cars, brought in friends and family, and traded previous cars in. I always look for Brian when I go in to this location (the only location I will shop at) and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. He is by far the best car dealer I've met and the only one I will buy from!!

Over the years we have purchased 6 used cars from Brian Garside at Bob Penkhus Mazda. Brian started as a salesman, but turned into a friend. He is not pushy, and as honest. His no nonsense approach is perfect when you know what you are looking for. Even after the sale he will assist and meet you for service appointments. The management and finance staff are always a pleasure to work with.

The process was much easier than I could ever imagine. Even working in the business for a few years, never would have bet that there would have not been any issues when talking price or financing. I knew coming out of a bankruptcy, my options would be limited. Saw the vehicle we wanted driving by, but it was starting to rain. Went home and got on the computer and chatted with someone. Asked if I was there in ten minutes could we test drive the vehicle. Brian greeted us right away and test drove the vehicle. We told him what we were hoping to do and he one up the deal. From beginning to end the process was great and the communication even better. We laughed, we cried, and my wife got the Jeep she always wanted. Brian "Carside" Garside is a man to his word and go see him if you would like an experience than any other dealerships in Colorado Springs.

Brian "Carside" Garside is an amazing salesman. A couple weeks ago we were there for an oil change. And I mentioned we would be in the market for a car for my 16 yr old. We decided my husband would get the new car and our son would get his. We ended up with the new Mazda 6 and my husband loves it. THIS IS THE FOURTH MAZDA BRIAN HAS SOLD TO US SINCE 2012.
