This is my second purchase from this store, in 2005 I bought a new Mazda Tribute and have had very little problems with it. Now I've bought a new Mazda CX 5, my Sales Rep. was Brian Garside, he went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle at a price I could work with, getting me familiar with all the tech stuff that came in the vehicle and adding an option that didn't come with the car that I wanted, he also got me a very good deal on my trade in all in a very short amount of time. I want to thank Brian, Doug Delano the Service Mgr and the rest of the staff for the excellent purchasing experience.

Best car buying experience
I went into the dealership looking for a used WRX I had located online. Adrienne was very friendly, helpful and I didn't feel pressured by her to buy the car on the spot. At one point I left to look at another vehicle at a different dealership and that salesperson made me feel like a prisoner. I left there as soon as I could to return to Adrienne and the Bob Penkhus team to purchase their vehicle. The vehicle had some paint issues, but the dealership agreed to apply touch up paint to fix the issues. After the purchase is where Adrienne and the Bob Penkhus team really shined. Within a few days of the purchase, I began to have serious issues with the clutch. Used vehicles are purchased as is and they no longer had any responsibility to me or the vehicle. They could have told me to pound sand, but instead they went ahead and paid for the vehicle to be towed. They had the vehicle for several days while they diagnosed and repaired the clutch and I never received a bill for any of it. I had simply reached out to Adrienne to get warranty information and instead received the best customer service I've ever received from any car dealership in the past. Adrienne has earned a customer for life and I recommend her and this Bob Penkhus location to anyone looking for a new/used car!

Completely Satisfied
When looking for a car at a dealership it always seems that there is so much pressure to buy from sales reps. Not with David Johnson!!! He was a great guy to work with, but it did not stop there. We bought a vehicle from them and they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and got it for a great price. They took care of us and made us feel like we were not just another sale. OUTSTANDING
WOW! The Salesperson,(Jeff Huston) at Bob Penkhus was completely dedicated to ensuring that the Auto I was interested in buying would meet my needs solidly and at a price affordable to me. The Salesperson was fully supported by the management to correct some mechanical issues there at Bob Penkhus. As it is a used vehicle, this was exceptional service that built my confidence in the purchase. There were, of course, things that would be on me, the new owner to fix, which I have done. New tires, Muffler, complete tune-up, fluids, oil/filter, etc. I am very pleased with my new auto, and very pleased to recommend Bob Penkhus to anyone. It is indeed a pleasure to find a dealer with that Integrity and level of Customer Support. Since I purchased this used auto, and completed its mechanical needs, it has been on a road trip and travelled over 2000 miles in less than two weeks. Best overall experience!
Rob was our salesman and was great. He was very personable and was never pushy or high pressure.. we traded in 2 vehicles for 1 and were pretty upside down on our loans due to other dealers shady practices that we didn't catch. However, we were skeptical that Penkhus could help us due to this but they were able to give us a great deal. They were very transparent in the transaction and never felt pressured or mislead. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we've had!

outstanding service
without a doubt, this is the best dealership in the entire Colorado Springs. we was new to the area, looking to downgrade from a bis size SUV to a smaller vehicle. we shopped around with multiple other dealership. Bob Penkhus Mazda gave us the best trade in value for our vehicle. they did the blue book value right in front of me. other dealership usually hide it and just bring you a paper. they gave me the value plus more of what the blue book stated, and my SUV was a rear wheel drive. very professional staff and very caring. i feel so welcome there than any other place.
