David Johnson was our salesman. He was easy to work with and very low pressure. We weren't strong armed into buying a bunch of extra warranties and we got a good deal on a used car. We would do business with them again.

Bought 2 cars; Seamless, stress-free experience
We have been through the car buying process several times. Most of them resulted in frustrating "negotiations" and the sales representative/managers talked to us in belittling ways. However, this was not the case at Bob Penkhus. Mitch and John made the process simple and stress free. They listened to us and worked to ensure we got what we were looking for. The process was stress free. Whenever we need new vehicles, they will be bought at Bob Penkhus Mazda @ Powers. That is a guarantee!

No Record Of Appointment
I drove today from Woodland Park to get an oil change at my 1:30 appointment, However, they had no record of my appointment even though I had received email confirmations. They replied they could do it but it would take longer. Take longer? I had an appointment!! So I decided to leave. They offered to make another appointment. I refused. Why make another appointment when they don't even know about this one? Avoid this service department.

Me so angry
Our mechanic found major issues w a vehicle. We went back a week later and they had not fixed any of the them and never dropped the price. Assuming its just going to hit the person who buys it later on. Then we found a vehicle we liked and they tried to hide the price in the numbers they were telling us. We had to ask like 8 times before they actually gave us the price which was not what we were led to believe. The manager was a jerk to my pregnant wife when she was upset that they were hiding the numbers. The dealer was very nice but had to leave and ask a manager every little question we had.

Great Customer Service, NO HASSLES...
Mett with Dustin and Reese. We drove several cars and after deciding on what we wanted, there were no hassles, we were out of there in appx 90 minutes once we decided. These guys were great and very helpful. It's our 4th car from Penkhus and no reason to go anywhere else. Tell Reese, Alan sent you.. ;) We'll be back i'm sure. Thanks for great experience, as always.

Great Place to Buy a Car!
David was helpful in finding me a car after a hailstorm totaled my old car. He was communicative and made sure the process went fast and smoothly. Ben in financing was also speedy, and he presented me with addon options, explaining everything objectively. I felt no pressure from either of them. Will do business with them again!

Great car buying experience!
We went to Bob Penkhus on Powers to look at a Cx-5.We worked with Dustin,Jeff and Vern.They were very knowledgeable of the vehicle.They were very nice and answered all of our questions.There was never any pressure.We came back the next day and purchased the vehicle.Dustin and Vern were very patient and kind during the process.They all treated us like a friend.They made our experience a great one.We couldn't of asked for more.Jeff brought the vehicle to our home and went through everything with detail.If your looking to buy a car and want a knowledgeable,friendly and fair dealership then go check them out.We love our new Mazda.
