My mother always said if you don't have anything nice to say it's better not to say anything. I'll stick to that. Fair warning, be careful and do your due diligence if shopping here.

Bought a great car with 5 year warranty.

Bought a great car with 5 year warranty. Never used the warranty and traded car in elsewhere for an upgrade. Warranty company refunded over $1k to the dealer who was supposed to send it to me. I never got it. Called monthly for about a year. Everyone said they would pass my info along. Never got a call back. Ever. So the dealer kept my money and is unwilling to call me back to resolve. I will never do business with the company again and would recommend others avoid as well. My attorney will be in touch.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are fraudulent! Not only do they treat their employees like xxxx they DO NOT & I repeat do not fix your car correctly . They only fix it well enough for you to drive off the lot and then everything falls on you if it’s damaged! The “ owner” talks down on his employees and makes them feel less than!!! Do not spend your money here !!! I have video proof of how nasty management is to their employees. Also the mechanic was told to glue cardboard to the center console so it can look sturdy and not broken . Do not spend your money here !!

Disappointed to read some of these reviews.

Disappointed to read some of these reviews. I bought a good Car 2013 M5 for my son. Al the salesman was a good guy. The Manager/Money man Scott? however is well placed away from customers until the last moment. My son did not like the car so I parked for a month. Thought they would appreciate a swop for a lesser value, but more appropriate vehicle my son selected. Bottom line, after I put 200 miles on the car and brought back in pristine condition with a $600 new tire, Scott attempted to squeeze $7000 more out of the swap. They are under no obligation to be fair but it certainty felt like Mr. Scott takes a perverse pleasure in a win-loss approach. The silver lining, my 17 year old son got to witness the negotiation first hand, and as we laughed on the drive home in our one month old M5, I knew that my son will eventually drive that car. Good luck to Al, and as for Mr. Scott, thank for putting a face to naked greed.

This is by far the worst business to deal with!

This is by far the worst business to deal with! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle there on July 20, 2024 and after driving it off the lot there were two issues with my vehicle. I initially contacted the dealer to inform them of the issues and I did receive a call back from the General Manager, Scott Klocksen and after multiple times of playing phone tag with him I finally got him on the phone. I told him what the issues were and he advised me to bring the car in so they can take a look at it. My wife volunteered to bring the car in for service since we live about a hour from the dealership. My wife spent the whole day there and after spending the whole day they did not resolve the issues. They then said to bring the car back in for service, it spent 8 days at their dealership and again nothing was resolved. We called Scott multiple times and didn't receive any word from him. We also called our salesman Al Helmuth multiple times who kept giving us the runaround saying that the service department needed parts and that they were on order. Well after 8 days of holding my car hostage, nothing had been fixed. You'd figure after 8 days of having a car at least one issue could have been fixed. We finally picked up the car from them and took it to an independent mechanic who said that it needed over $3000 in repairs. We spent a lot of money on this car and we still need $3000 in repairs. Please do yourself a favor an steer clear of these burglars! They will gladly take your money and sell you a car but the after care is horrendous. Please do not buy from Selden, they will take your money and run!

I just bought a Porsche Cayenne at Selden Motors sight

I just bought a Porsche Cayenne at Selden Motors sight unseen, and had a very positive result. It was a leap of faith, putting a non-refundable deposit down, and then flying up from North Carolina to see the car and buy it. Scott and Justin couldn't have been more reliable, trustworthy, responsive and just nice to work with. I had never bought a car that way, which was a bit nerve racking. But the car was exactly as described, and the guys at Selden made the process enjoyable. Thank you.

I purchased my first preowned car from Selden Motors a

I purchased my first preowned car from Selden Motors a few months ago after always having leased new vehicles. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Their staff were super professional and answered all of my questions. The process was easy from start to finish and I haven’t had a single issue with my car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be back for my next car!

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. We purchased a used BMW approximately 3 months ago. On the way home the issues started. We requested to return the vehicle, Selden refused to allow us and stated they wanted to fix the issues. They proceeded to keep the vehicle for 3 weeks. After multiple conversations and text messages with the manager, we go to pick up the car and Selden never fixed the issues. The manager acts like he wants to work something out, but his orders from "the Selden owners" was to flat out refuse to refund our money. We were 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and they knew driving back and forth was a major inconvenience. So, we were stuck with this vehicle. Over the past 2 months we have spent over $2000 extra dollars in parts, and this doesn't include my husband's hours in labor. And the car is STILL NOT fixed. We bought from a "reputable, customer focused" dealership because we did not want to have issues, we spent a little more for a better car because I did not want to have my husband have to fix another vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This was a horrendous experience. This purchase has caused so much stress and strain, We have no recourse other than to write this review and hope that this will help others avoid making the same mistake. Do not trust this dealership.
