I purchased my first preowned car from Selden Motors a few months ago after always having leased new vehicles. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Their staff were super professional and answered all of my questions. The process was easy from start to finish and I haven’t had a single issue with my car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be back for my next car!

BUYER BEWARE! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. We purchased a used BMW approximately 3 months ago. On the way home the issues started. We requested to return the vehicle, Selden refused to allow us and stated they wanted to fix the issues. They proceeded to keep the vehicle for 3 weeks. After multiple conversations and text messages with the manager, we go to pick up the car and Selden never fixed the issues. The manager acts like he wants to work something out, but his orders from "the Selden owners" was to flat out refuse to refund our money. We were 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and they knew driving back and forth was a major inconvenience. So, we were stuck with this vehicle. Over the past 2 months we have spent over $2000 extra dollars in parts, and this doesn't include my husband's hours in labor. And the car is STILL NOT fixed. We bought from a "reputable, customer focused" dealership because we did not want to have issues, we spent a little more for a better car because I did not want to have my husband have to fix another vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This was a horrendous experience. This purchase has caused so much stress and strain, We have no recourse other than to write this review and hope that this will help others avoid making the same mistake. Do not trust this dealership.

Thanks to everyone at Selden Motors! I drove in on short notice and got a great deal on an Audi that came in while I was there for another car. Their selection is the best I’ve seen and the guys working there are knowledgeable and working the deal out couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely be back for my next car.

I live in FL and purchased an Audi from Selden Motors sight unseen. The entire transaction was seamless and easy including having the car delivered to my home. Selden sent me a video walk around of the car which was great and helped me feel more comfortable with the purchase. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

I bought my Mercedes from Selden Motors a few months ago and I’m very happy with my purchase. The facility is top notch and the whole process was easy from start to finish. A+!!

Don't buy the warranty! These guys sold me a warranty, messed up the paperwork, cancelled it and fixed it, didn't notify me of cancellation or correction, and then refused to cancel it when I sold the vehicle for the refund that is supposed to be so easy to get!! It's a 5 minute form. I reached out via phone multiple times, email multiple times, and even Facebook. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE EVER!!!!!! Even when I told them the BBB was my next stop. They don't care. Pay attention to the fact that you can't leave them a review online or on Facebook. When I called to make a warranty claim, I was told I didn't have one. Out $7k in repairs on that. Oh, and the car needed a $4k repair when I bought it but luckily I was still under dealer warranty. Buy elsewhere.

Selden was good as always. This is the third vehicle that I bought from them... and will likely buy more if I can by the grace of God. Don't buy a used vehicle if you don't understand that it is a mechanical piece of equipment that has a tremendous number of moving parts and will have failures. (but really... I've had no issues with the BMWs I've bought from Selden.) Selden has always delivered a top notch, ready to drive vehicle that has been detailed so that it looks new. I think Scott has been in the business for a long time. The first car I bought from him was about 14 years ago when they were in Conshohocken... a 2008 BMW 328xi Sport Wagon. Then (of all things) an i3 REX which I've used as a daily driver for close to 4 years. And now an X5 with an N55b engine. Rich does a stand up job with financing and with getting you into a warranty that will keep your purchase running well. The warranty prices are fair and bring peace of mind on the purchase for only a small increase on the monthly payment. That said - Thank you Scott and Rich for making another purchase experience great! Keep up the good work - you have an excellent and desirable inventory at all times... and I keep an eye on it for my next BMW.

Great overall experience! They had several cars I was interested in so they let me take my time looking and answered all my questions. Picked the car I wanted and Rich helped me out with a warranty and financing. I’ve had my car for over a month now and am extremely happy with it.

Just purchased my third vehicle from Selden Motors and as with my last two, I couldn't be happier. The buying process is smooth and easy and the guys are great to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone!
