We were in the market for a new car but weren't sure what we wanted; an SUV, a sedan or something else. Jeff, the salesman, did his up-front homework and had close to a dozen vehicles earmarked for us to look at when we arrived. Jeff accommodated us with test drives of several different vehicles. Jeff had amazing knowledge about all of the vehicles, he is a wealth of information about cars and their specifications. We selected a car and then sat down for the typically dreadful purchase negotiations. We were pleasantly surprised with the no-pressure approach that Jeff, Albert, the Finance Manager, and Steve, the Sales Manager, took with us. I am typically a skeptic when it comes to buying anything, even more so when it is a major purchase such as a vehicle. I must say that purchasing a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers dispelled much of my skepticism about the used car industry; I believe they care about the customer and were very intent upon making sure my wife and I were taken care of at every step of the process. I would not only recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to a friend, I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are great, AAA++ in my book. Jeff, Albert, Steve and Dan were all excellent, a big "Thank You" to all of them. I rarely rate any experience with 5 stars across the board but I am happy to do that for Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and their great staff. I will surely buy from them again in the future.

The car sales business sure has changed. No more haggling over price...Whew! Did my research homework and Daniel helped me Navigate the process. His years of experience and ability to "read" the needs of the buyer, really helped me narrow down the vast ocean of cars out there. Kudos to Adam and His Team!

Car shopping for my twin daughters was not fun, until we found Rocky Mountain Brokers. I was able to purchase the first one in August and then this one in September. We told them what we were looking for and the price range and they stayed within those guidelines. No waiting for hours and going back and forth, just straight up business. Rocky, the owner, has treated us amazing!!! He truly stands behind the reputation of his business!!! He bent over backwards to make sure our experience was a great one!! Thank you very much. After hunting trucks all day and not finding anything in my budget, I decided to give Rocky Mountain a try on my way back to castle rock. When I stopped, they had a really great stock of 4 door trucks similar to what I was trying to get into. When I found the one, it was just what we wanted. Darren helped me pick it out, went through my expectations and budget, and was able to meet my budget working with his finance manager. When I left with the truck I noticed the tires were out of balance, they had also just put new brakes put on it. I got home and my brakes smelled and were sticking. Rocky mountain had me take it to Midas to have it thoroughly checked out. They balanced the tires, checked every thing out and it runs great (No cost to me). The calliper was just sticking. It is a 2013 Silverado so I wasn't expecting brand new, but its pretty close to it now. Its just broke in really, its like new inside and out. And Rocky mountain auto made it happen for us. Darren is a great salesman, he is willing to get outside his comfort zone to put the customer first and work with you. I highly recommend Buying a new certified vehicle from Rocky Mountain, and Darren. He's a rock star! Rich was also very good to work with. No hassle, and down to business. he had me in and out in a hurry. It was great. Thanks RMAB!

Was looking for a loaded Subaru Outback 3.6r in white and found what I was looking for online at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. A quick trip down there, test drive and limited negotiation (was priced right around KBB to begin with). Very friendly staff would highly recommend.

They let us take a vehicle home for 2 days then called us to return vehicle cause banks wouldn't a prove the amount cause it was double what it was worth.

I was very impressed with the service from these guys from start to finish. All the information i needed before driving to Colorado Springs was sent back to me promptly by Kaila. They got my husband into a Land Rover, my dream vehicle, and I never thought I would own one. A little more than we wanted to pay but we love it.

Joseph Attaway, Howie Folk, and Rich Odisho were just super awesome! They went well out of their way to help my Mom get into her new car today! My mom and I ran into some issues as far as getting some of the things they needed to get financed due to it being labor day weekend and they were willing to work with us to be sure we got into her new car today! I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone! I will be coming here myself when I am ready to purchase my new car! Love this place!

I dread car shopping for all the stereotypical reasons and I have had to do it 3 times in the last three years but I can say my experience at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers has by far been the best. Found a vehicle on line and called to ask them if we could test drive. They had the vehicle ready for us. The drive was great and there was no pressure. I was able to take time to think with no pressure. They staid in contact but did not pressure me to come back. After spending an additional week searching I ended up going back and working with a different salesman and again there was no pressure from them on decision making even though they knew it was my second time back. Once we were ready to move forward the process was low stress and they worked with me and my father (who lives out of state) with no hassle or pressure. As the process continued it was non stressful and a great experience of not only talking about the vehicle but being able to be myself and talk and ask questions where I did not feel like I was being judged or being taken advantage of. I would come back time and time again to work with Eddie, Joseph, and Steve!
