I had been researching and thinking about purchasing a Jeep for quite a while! As a first time buyer I have been very nervous and hestitant to purchase! However, Eddie had my renegade pulled up and ready for me. After we test drove it we negotiated and he helped me every step of the way! He did not make me feel pressured in a negative way at all and was understanding of my budget. He was very personable and made me feel more comfortable being a young car buyer. I definitely recommend this dealership as well as Eddie as a car salesman.

Jeff is great he was amazing and with our trade they really worked with us. They have very clean cars on the lot and are not pushy. Which made us even more want to buy a car from them.

One of the reasons we gave this a five star rating is because of the customer service that we experienced one at this dealership. From the moment we stepped on the lot, everyone was perfect. They were not pushy or overbearing and… They listened to everything we had to say and tried to meet our needs accordingly. They also handled my husband's anxiety extremely well!!! I will refer and recommend ALL of my friends!!

BEWARE!!!! Don't sign any paperwork until you have car inspected by a third party service place. They will push you to sign everything right on the spot. I just bought a car from them and took it for inspection. Found out that car has bad shocks. They only willing to pay half of the price to replace them and making it look like they doing a big favor to me. And there is no return. No satisfaction guaranteed!!! BEWARE!!!!! Update: After they saw the review above they called and said that they not going to pay even for half of the repair. Told me to do it at my own expense. I hope my review helps!

Found the jeep that I wanted at this dealership for a great deal. This was my first time buying a car by myself and they made me feel as comfortable as possible about it. Got the exact amount I wanted for my trade in which was going a little high for them. Great service.

Cameron and Daniel made sure I was treated right and got a great deal. Had a tire pressure indicator light up during test drive and they corrected the problem quickly. The whole process was about as good as you'd hope when buying a car, a bunch of straight shooters.

Not only was everything smooth but it was also quick . Jeffrey Overman helped me find a car that was just right for me and after a few test drives I was sold ! After it was all said and done Rich Odisho got me in and out with my paperwork . I don't like shopping for cars...the whole process can be unpleasant and tense. My wife and I stumbled on a car we had been eyeing and we were greeted by Jeff...the new guy at the dealership. Scary right? Wrong! Jeff was accommodating and knowledgeable (but NOT a know-it-all) and most importantly he actually LISTENED to us! We didn't expect to purchase so quickly but Rocky Mountain made the deal happen. They worked with our trades (a car and a motorcycle) and surprisingly even beat our pre-approved interest rate from our local credit union...don't be afraid to shop at Rocky Mountain and most importantly for us...don't be afraid of the new guy!
