I had a great experience with Nader trying quickly to get

I had a great experience with Nader trying quickly to get things together as I needed the car quickly after I totaled my previous car. We communicated through text, phone and email. He was always very responsive and even came to the train station to pick me up to do the test drive before I purchased the car.

World Class Service

I have purchased two vehicles from Beverly Hills Auto Group and have been treated with World Class service on each occasion. Dishonest dealership

Purchased a 2009 Acura MDX that I was told had undergone the same 125 pt inspection as an Acura certified car would have. turns out the car needs an entire new AC system from compressor on up , very expensive repair, dealership says sorry AC not covered. I had planned on buying another car from them but will avoid now as they sell very high priced used cars but dont stand behind the product. Stay away !!

Highly recommend Beverly Hills Motors

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. Sales associate Nader lead me thru the whole process and answered any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. I'm now driving around in my S5 Audi and loving it and would HIGHLY recommend this dealer, and if you find what you're looking for make sure and ask for Nader and tell them Jeff sent you.

Michael Goltche, the Manager provided an excellent

Michael Goltche, the Manager provided an excellent customer service experience for me in hooking me up with an excellent BMW I liked at their dealership and even arranged delivery right to my door! They have an excellent, hand-picked selection of cars on their lot. Looking forward to enjoying the ownership of my new car for many years to come.

Avoid this location at all costs.

Avoid this location at all costs. We picked up a bmw 3 series manuel about 1 month from the time of this writing and somehow it already needs almost $1500 worth of work. Leaking gasket, rear shocks, control arms, spark plugs, and a starter. From the very start the car was a ticking time bomb and they decided to sell it. Nadir Shifar is quite possibly one of the most disingenuous people I have come across. Even signing of the paperwork, nothing was stated that I would be the primary holder of the account, leading me to believe that I would be the actual cosigner. I understand if my credit was better in order to get a better rate. But not to disclose that with me or to have any level of transparency, for that matter, is WRONG. And the icing on the cake? Not weeks later that we got the car, my social security number had been compromised. Not a single issue with fraud/ attempted identity theft until I provided my information to this private "dealer". Luckily I was able to report before anything unfortunate happened. Avoid this location. The quality of the vehicles are suspect at best but worst of all, the employees are seemingly worst than xxxx. I know going to an official dealer isn't ideal for a number of people but getting CERTIFIED pre-owned from an official dealer generally avoids problems like these. So apparently they had my reviews removed because I guess it was too much of a wake up call for them when someone reveals bad business practices from the inside of the dealership. If you don't want bad reviews, improve your customer service skills instead of fleecing people out of their hard earned money.
