We dealt w/ Michael regarding viewing one of their vehicles. He described to us the near mint condition of the vehicle, and how service was complete and impeccable. We drove 2 1/2 hours, we’re disappointed to see the condition of the vehicle was in no way the same condition as described. That is when Michael said that is what you should expect from a seven year old vehicle. We Took vehicle for a test drive, the breaks pulled so badly it was evident the dealer never even drove vehicle, let alone service it, as they claimed. Dealer said we should purchase an extended warranty, because with a used car you are on your own. We contacted NY AG, who to,d us that vehicle had to come with a 60 day 3,000 mile warranty, long enough to determine if it would be worth keeping. We wasted our day, listening to dealers lies.

Avoid this location at all costs. We picked up a bmw 3 series manuel about 1 month from the time of this writing and somehow it already needs almost $1500 worth of work. Leaking gasket, rear shocks, control arms, spark plugs, and a starter. From the very start the car was a ticking time bomb and they decided to sell it. Nadir Shifar is quite possibly one of the most disingenuous people I have come across. Even signing of the paperwork, nothing was stated that I would be the primary holder of the account, leading me to believe that I would be the actual cosigner. I understand if my credit was better in order to get a better rate. But not to disclose that with me or to have any level of transparency, for that matter, is WRONG. And the icing on the cake? Not weeks later that we got the car, my social security number had been compromised. Not a single issue with fraud/ attempted identity theft until I provided my information to this private "dealer". Luckily I was able to report before anything unfortunate happened. Avoid this location. The quality of the vehicles are suspect at best but worst of all, the employees are seemingly worst than xxxx. I know going to an official dealer isn't ideal for a number of people but getting CERTIFIED pre-owned from an official dealer generally avoids problems like these.

Nader was very knowledgeable and professional. Great selection of high-end vehicles. No high pressure sales tactics.

He sold me a lemon. Brake line totally rusted all the way around with new breaks on the car. Paid $17k and the car is only worth $6000. Only been able to drive the car one time that was off the lot. The dealer here told me to drive the car back to ny from Philly with a bad break line. I am lucky I made it home that night.

Let the owner know I was very picky about my cars and was assured that my 8 hour round trip drive from Boston would not be a waste of time. I walked around the vehicle and pointed out damage to every single panel on the car. I didnt even take it for a road test and left in disgust.

It was a quick and easy process. They have a great selection of cars. I bought my daughter her first car here. I will definitely come back.

Where do I begin.... I was looking for a car particularly a Volvo and I came across one from Beverly Hills auto. Let me just say the process was not what I expected. Nader helped me close a really good deal on a Volvo and made the process so smooth without all these undercover hidden fees bs that other dealerships put you through. He took his time to explain and breakdown the cost. He was very honest and straightforward. I luv my Volvo and it runs really sweet. I have/will refer my friends and family to him and his team.
