John Zee and Kyle did an excellent job.

Truck was ready, paperwork was all in order and Kyle did a great job showing the vehicle.Sales team could not have done a better job.

2014 gmc Sierra

Very glad I went there to purchase my truck. Was a little disappointed at my last trip there for service. It would not alter my decision to purchase another one

New Car Purchase

Overall excellent service. Well informed personnel. Having to deal with several different specialist makes the process somewhat cumbersome for the customer but I recognize that the complexity of the business and the product would seem to make it necessary. If that aspect of the sales process could be trimmed it would make the process better for the customer.

Thumbs up

Very good experience Robert and Thomas and Chad were very patient and helpful to us. We felt kinda sheepish about all the technology but we're made to feel confident in our ability to use our new Impala.

Dealing with DePaula Chevrolet

I always enjoy dealing with Damien Dedonatis - he is friendly, gracious, respectful and, of course, quite knowledgeable. This is my second lease with Damien. Today (7/2/16) I stopped by to drop off my spare key for the 2015 Equinox that I turned in on Thursday. Alvin, another sales rep, drove me around so that I could locate my garage remote that I left behind in the 2015 car. We did not locate it, but I am certain that Alvin will call when he does. Alvin was awfully good about helping me - both these young men are a pleasure to deal with!

Great employees

They were helpful and not pushy like some dealership. Didn't rush anything answered all question only did what we requested service wAs quick to fix recall and were friendly

Beyond my expectations!!!

I would have never thought I was eligible for a lease. I am the only person that works in my home and I have Two car notes and a mortgage. My wife stays at home with our special needs child. When I stopped in to see George Dejesus he seemed really confident about making this happen. I thought he was a little crazy but I have purchased 3 vehicles from him already and I trusted him through the process. I believe in Depaula and what they stand for which is why I send friends and family there to purchase vehicles. After haggling over my trade they were able to get me into a 2016 traverse with my payment going up about 20 dollars a month (not bad at all). I just want to thank the team that helped in making everything go through. I knew it was a long shot but they stayed confident the entire time. There was an incident that happened a few months ago where my other vehicle was damaged on property. I had picked up a loaner vehicle and left my 2014 Cruze there until I was able to get a second driver. Although it wasn't there for service George still felt obligated to pay for half the damage to my vehicle. I paid the other half I was left speechless and I appreciative for the gesture. You don't meet people like that anymore which is why I come back over and over again. Thanks again Depaula Chevy for my new ride!!!
