Tina rathbun's 2015 chevy cruze

Alvin was excellent. I walked in and sat down and Alvin got all of my needs satisfied, he asked me what was in my range and what I could work with and want. From those questions Alvin Porter was able to get me into a new chevy cruze. I didn't think I was going to get one but he was able to make it happen. Dominic in the business office was a pleasure over the phone to speak with. Dominic C made me very happy by answering my questions and providing me with a quick delivery from Saturday until today.

I am a new customer to Depaula Chevrolet. I came in looking for a red truck. I met with Dan Pakatar as my salesperson. he was very good. Was personal, treated me as not just another sale. I was very happy with him. I then talked to George Polino in financing and that went well.. He told me everything I should know and helped me choose what I needed. He was very nice, everyone was

Great overall experience

WE came in for another reason but were thinking about possibilities of a new car. We met Chris Miller our salesperson, we knew what we wanted and since it wasn't in stock Chris went above and beyond to order the car in from out of town for me to make sure we were satisfied. He is excellent, gets personal with customers and came in on his day off to help us out. George Polino in financing then met with us he did very good He showed us all options and advised us on what was needed. Very helpful and not pushy. Will return

WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND

I came in and bought another truck from George Dejesus, my salesman and George Polino in finance and just once getting home and driving I just wasn't happy. I told them both and they went above and beyond to switch trucks, took care of all the paperwork and made sure I got a new truck that was more me and that I could be happy with. My salesperson customer service is great, he is personable and cares about his customers happiness. George in finance also is extremely good at what he does and really helped me out. Didn't stop working with me just because the sale was over. They even got it all done and switched over in a day!

New Truck

I am a new customer, I was looking for a new Silverado, and decided to come to Depaula. I was greeted by Mike Donadio and he became my salesperson. He is consciences, non pushy, he treated me as if I was more than just a sale. He is very good. I then met with Joe Celeone in financing. He is a good guy, he didn't rush me, let me think about all the options, he didn't tell me I had to make a decision today, so I felt very comfortable in making my choice and not ending up regretting it. I am very happy.

Purchased Used Acura TL from DePaula

Joe Fifield did an excellent job handling the sale of my 2012 Acura TL. He was patient and understanding during my buying process as I shopped around other dealers. He handled the test drive the way a salesman should. He let me test drive the car with minimal conversation so that I could get a good feel for the automobile. DePaula also allowed me to have the car checked out by my mechanic, further demonstrating their confidence in their cars. Finally, the car purchase process was efficient and seamless. I left happy with my purchase.

Tom and Pattys new silverado 1500

Ryan Williams has been really helpful, he showed us all the options. We went through a couple of options for trucks and Ryan was able to help us out tremendously. He was polite and helpful, we appreciate what Ryan Williams did for us. Dominic in the business office was able to get us a great deal and was fast and efficient, being able to secure us same day delivery with our new silverado 1500!!

Charles Constantine

Spending time here with Mike Cecchini was a pleasure. He was a great young man to work with. Mike C. was able to take care of all my questions and concerns and get me into the right vehicle. It was just an amazing experience and Mike Cecchini was fun to work with and partnering him with Joe Celeone in the business office was an even better idea. Joe C was very professional, the youth and energy around Depaula Chevrolet is what is so impressive and Joe Celeone and Mike Cecchini are two examples of that.

30 yr customer

I've been buying cars from Depaula and my salesperson Dario Arango for thirty years. I came back for a Silverado. I have lost count of every one ive bought by now from him. He's He knows the ins and outs knows how to keep a customer happy and work for them. Very knowledgeable and very fast. I then worked with George Polino in financing he explained everything to me but did it fast and got me in and out with what I needed. Will return.

Great experience

We walked in to look for a new car. We met with Anthony Gallo and as our salesperson and he showed us all different types and colors and we decided on the Trax. He was an awesome salesperson, and we got the vehicle we needed. I then met with George Polino in financing, he showed us all options and we decided to lease and he is awesome. I know George's mother in law personally and was very happy to work with him. He took very care of us. I would return to Depaula in the future.
