Amazing experience

Customer service was great and the staff took really good care of me, thank you David! The whole process didn’t feel rushed and not once did I feel like I was just a sale. I love the whole Carousel program as well. The whole experience was amazing and stress free!

Sold my car

It was kind of a last minute thing before I had to leave the island and sell my car. Noah has been really helpful. He understood my situations and offered me a loner for the couple days I still need to run errands. I really appreciate it and overall I was very satisfied with their service.

2013 Hinda Goldwing F6B

Malu did a great job with the transaction which went really smooth. Dealership was willing to compromise and reach a price which was acceptable with both parties.

I was just looking.. But Noah sparked something in me to go full throttle. I was at 4 different dealerships today, and they were horrible. If I had another experience other than Noah, I wouldn’t have bought. He’s a salesman and a good man. Thank y’all for allowing my business.

My wife and I purchased a minivan from Auto Source in...

My wife and I purchased a minivan from Auto Source in July of 2021, which was needed for work transportation. During the purchase of the car, it was agreed that certain things would be fixed within a couple of days, then we would pick up the car. Auto Source ended up keeping the car for couple weeks. Because of this, we had to pay for a rental car, which was not reimbursed. Additionally, not all the agreed upon repairs were fixed and the car was left filthy inside. Over a month later, they agreed to take the car and fix the remaining agreed upon issues and provide a loner car while those issues were being fixed. When my wife arrived to drop off our purchased van and pick up the loner car, they informed her that as of the previous day, a new rule was created and loner cars could be kept for no longer than 2 days, regardless of how long repairs take. This information was not communicated to my wife when she spoke with someone the previous day to confirm the appointment. Also, the loner car was not ready and my wife had to wait for over 2 hours. The manager was very rude without providing any information on when the loaner car would be ready and stated that she could just leave. When my wife was finally given the loner car, it was dirty, with many things broken and taken apart as if it was currently being worked on. When my wife went to return the loaner car and pick up our believed to be completed car, the doors on the loaner car would not unlock. The loner car only had remote locks, no physical key or keyhole. She texted the owner (Rima) explaining the doors would not unlock and there was only a remote with no physical key. She also included a picture of the remote key to illustrate her point. The owner’s (Rima’s) response was to explain to my wife how keys go into keyholes, then get turned, and that’s how a lock works. My wife again reiterated there was no physical key, only a button on a remote. When I stepped in and spoke to the owner, a locksmith was sent out to fix the issue. Upon return of the loaner car, the repairs on our car was still not complete. The tire pressure light was still illuminated and the AC still had electrical issues. They stated that the tire pressure would need to be fixed by an outside source, which they would schedule and then let us know. They stated that the AC electrical issues could not be fixed until parts arrived and they would let us know when the parts arrived. I have held off writing about this experience because I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix these issues, but is has now been 6 months since the purchase of the vehicle. We have had no communication from them since August 19, 2021 when we returned the loner car and picked up our incomplete van. There are numerous other things wrong with the van that were not disclosed and at the time of purchase. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my purchase from Auto Source and the entire experience. DO NOT BUY from Auto Source

Nope. Never again.

If you would like to buy a vehicle with no guarantees of the quality of vehicle you're buying and be treated like you're crazy for expecting to purchase a vehicle with no issues from "the largest dealership in Hawaii", then AUTOSOURCE is the place for you! This dealership is a nightmare. The post-sale customer service is absolutely abysmal and unacceptable. I purchased a vehicle from them and identified an oil leak. It took their service department two visits to identify the cause of the issue and they tried to charge me an additional $2500 to have the repairs completed. Dennis in the service department and Rima, the owner, are unresponsive and little to no help. Tae-ho, in sales, is probably the only one at the dealership worth their salt. After fighting with them for TWO MONTHS, the dealership finally just took the car back, minus $800 in taxes/fees. I'll be picking up my check and never coming back. Honest buyers, stay away from this place!
