Great place to work with
I truly enjoyed the experience of shooping for a newer venicle with this dealer. They have a lot of venicles to offer. The showroom is clean and confortable especially in these COVID times showimg just the tip of the effort they extend in customer care. All emoloyees imspokemwitj were professional, personable and informative. The owner shows he truly cares about his staff and customers. While i have not decided on a venicle yet, Autosource is tops on my list to offer my business.

I worked with Mr. Chris Black and was very impressed with how he handles everything. It normally takes me a while to make a selection on a vehicle and I normally get turned off from the purchase because of the pressure from the sales person. However it did not take me long to make a decision on purchasing this vehicle from AutoSource and my decision came very quickly as I was very impress from start to finish with Mr. Black’s professional demeanor. He was very knowledgeable, patience, and polite. I liked the way he handled the deal from start to finish he was very professional. He was very responsive and helpful when it came to any of my questions. I also liked how responsive he was to wearing his mask and social distancing. I am impressed by AutoSource leadership to their employees on maintaining the masks and social distancing. Leadership starts at the top and I would highly and definitely recommend Mr. Chris Black and Autosource to my family and friends.

trustworthy dealer - shipped to me
I purchased a Mercedes sight unseen from Autosource and had it shipped to Seattle. Overall good experience and Autosource is a trustworthy dealer. The vehicle has low miles, common in HI. I did a virtual walkthrough then had it sent to A1 Euro Auto for an inspection. This was about $300 because they also repaired a seat malfunction. Unfortunately A1 might have missed that the rear lights did not work properly, on my Benz this meant a new rear SAM but I took it in stride. The vehicle is just gorgeous and I dealt personally with Rima who did not over promise anything. I send a wire to Autosource then within 24 hours they delivered it to Matson against the booking I’d made which was $900. Three weeks later I took delivery in Seattle. Shortly thereafter I dealt with Mariah at Autosource who helped send me the title. Great transaction and I would do it again. Thank you !!

TESLA FAN
I was in the market for a Tesla but didnt want to wait for a new one that was on back order. I found a great 2016 Model S at Autosource. Ryan Shinjo was my Sales Representative and he along with the Dealership Owner Rima really made my experience special. Fast, easy and a solid deal on a very clean Pre-Owned Tesla. I highly recommend Autosource if you are looking for a car that is priced right and in "like new" condition.

Wonderful Customer Service
As soon as I got to Autosource I felt like I was in good hands. I haven't been shopping for a vehicle in quite a few years, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I left with a vehicle that fit my needs. The dealership is clean and inviting, and there selection of vehicles is huge! Will definitely be back for my vehicle needs in the future.

Excellent dealer!
Traveling on vacation in Hawaii. Saw a clean low mile bmw m5. Came for a test drive and the guys were very straightforward and had a no pressure approach. Very knowledgeable about the car and just top notch. Would definitely buy a car from them.

Terrible customer service
I called and texted which is in unprofessional to do business through text messages. I never received a call. I called their financing department to ask question the guy I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional and was of no assistance.

unbelievable
Today I was SWINDLED. I called ahead regarding a 2013 Jeep w/ 77000 miles on it. It did have quite a few additions but part of the interior was in really rough shape. I dealt with a very nice salesman and we went for a drive. I then told them we would return the next day (with my husband) to complete the deal. I proceeded to get a phone call after I left, excited that I finally found “my Jeep” and they told me they could no longer offer it to me. A specific manager (very nicely) proceeded to tell me that it was an internal concern that they priced the Jeep incorrectly and will be taking it off the market until they can figure out who made the pricing mistake. He then proceeded to tell me that when something comparable comes in that he would notify me. So now, even though the Jeep has been for sale at a lesser price for a very long time, all of a sudden since we are interested the price will go up. This is a very shady situation and we will never return to this location. Unless, the phantom Jeep they showed me becomes available again at the original asking price and they make things right. Unbelievable waste of time. He also tried to convince me he initially kept the sale open for me and then said he advertised it incorrectly and that by far was not true either. Shame on you for offering vehicles under false pretenses. An absolute waste of my time. Driving from Koolina, in the rain... for false advertising and an unavailable Jeep.
