Zach V. made the buying process easy and without pressure. I knew what features I wanted before the test drive and he was able to easily match those with available cars in inventory. The process from start to finish was much faster than I anticipated.

I have lodged a formal complaint with the BBB who has given BMW Seattle a D- rating for not responding to formal complaints. I was sold a certified pre-owned lemon 2019 X5 that is still under warranty. This car has had numerous issues that have required towing, $3500 in safety feature malfunctioning, and promises not kept at the time of purchase, all of which have been carefully outlined in my formal complaint to the BBB.

I have been contacted by BMW Seattle since leaving this review. As an update to this forum, I think the dealership is working towards a resolution and attempting to do the right thing. I am cautiously optimistic and will update this as soon as there is a final resolution.
Transparent pricing & overall customer experience
Regarding dealer added fees, BMW Seattle is upfront and not excessive with those fees and services added to the asking price. Look in the fine print. Other dealers add thousands to the posted price in excess junk fees and options not requested. Not so with BMW Seattle. Their added fee is small and clearly stated. That is a mark of honesty. As for the sales process, Shad was thorough and completely professional in all his dealings throughout my car buying experience. He has just the right amount of customer attentiveness without being pushy.

My service coordinator did a good job. The brake fluid was changed on both of my cars. The brakes on the 550i seem fine, but the brakes on the M50i seem spongy and different. At a stoplight, the brake pedal compresses downward continuously as the car is held stopped at the stoplight. Also, even though I appreciate the wash job, it is very spotty and incomplete. Still spots of dirt on the car, and the wheels were unwashed and covered with brake dust

BMW of Seattle
Friendly and courteous staff with shop that facilitate repairs in record time. A shop closer to home is more convenient but BMW of Seattle can take the car in and complete repair mostly in a day or two.
