I have been a customer of bmw seattle for almost 33 years

I have been a customer of bmw seattle for almost 33 years and while they have always been awesome they have only gotten better. My service advisor Nathan gives great advice and tracks my car. Michael the shop foreman is also available as needed. I would never go anywhere else

The use of a loaner BMW while my vehicle was being

The use of a loaner BMW while my vehicle was being repaired was nice. However, when I picked up my car it was not washed even after being told it was. Sounds like a small thing but it is expected and should be. What dealership let's a dirty car leave their property bearing their name? I expect better from BMW Seattle.

Please stop with the surveys. I can’t take a vehicle to get serviced at any dealer anymore without phone calls, emails, and texts. It really sucks that your wonderful, hard working service advisors are judged by comments from idiots such as myself.

The repair facility is so good I’m buying another one.

The repair facility is so good I’m buying another one. Trading in my 740 for a new 760 with the screen in the back. I was worried about maintenance but with Joshua and the team at bmw yolo.
