Bait and switch...... Be aware
I was there to purchase a car listed on cars.com. I took a test drive and I like the car. Till now everything was normal. I like car much enough to buy at the listed price. But sales person came back with almost $6000 addition fees on the top of the listed price. I have never seen this kind of tactics. I should have read the reviews before and saved my time. Will never go there again.....

Traded in a car and bout a RDX
Traded in a car and bought a RDX. Same as any other dealership, they advertise low prices but then try to charge a BUNCH of add on fees. Don't fall for it, negotiate and make them take the fees out for stuff you won't use.

This dealership has the best customer service. They never disappoint me every time I bring my car in. I met with Diego Carrillo the last time I brought my car in. One of the tires kept losing pressure. He had it checked and pulled out a 1” nail! He had the tire plugged free of charge! I was back out on the road within half an hour. I was very pleased with their service, and I enjoyed their complimentary coffee very much. Thank you, NapletonAcura.

Complete waste of time
Very disappointed in the tactics used by the sales department. Test drove a used car twice and decided I liked it enough to talk about pricing/costs. First, I was informed the sticker price was non-negotiable. Even after that I was still interested as long as associated fees weren't excessive but unfortunately that was not the case. $1,500 for inspection and $1,500 for document prep were non-negotiable plus there was a $1,500 maintenance package that I was forced to purchase. They left me no choice but to walk out. If you're expecting to get a decent deal this is the last place I'd recommend.

Okay service, bait with low price
Went in to look at a car after finding it listed on cars.Com After test driving, the sales person came back with ~6k in additional fees. ~1500 In dealer perks which can be justified to some. ~4250 For the certification (pre owned), even though the car listed already mentioned all the certification perks but no mention of additional fee. Unfortunately it seems like false advertising to list a car and then tack on 6k in other charges that are not optional

Deceptive pricing
Napleton Kia advertises several low ball prices in order to get you into the dealership. I saw a great price on a low mileage Sorento and inquired about it. Clara, the internet sales person responded that the vehicle was not available and they are having issues removing the entry from the website. I was then emailed a list of Sorentos currently in inventory. I saw one I liked and went to the dealership. Since Clara is the Internet specialist she put me in touch with a salesperson, Eric Hernandez. We test drove the vehicle, and were interested in buying it. When he asked me about what price I saw, he said well that is where the price begins. After the standard car dealership wait tactic, he asked how we were planning to pay for the vehicle, I said cash. More waiting, another question no price negotiation until we say when will take delivery. I said Tuesday he said they won't sell the car to us. The manager didn't even come out to see us or talk with us. Then I said if I can move the money into my account today I will take delivery today. Nope they wouldn't make enough money on their advertised price. Napleton does not say on there website that financing is required. So my recommendation is if you think you are going to get a good deal or have a satisfying car buying experience stay away from this dealership. Their advertised pricing is dishonest.

I went in to drive a 2019 Kia Sorento slightly used with...
I went in to drive a 2019 Kia Sorento slightly used with 230 miles for $18,495 plus fees etc so I figured the price would be in the $22k range but it was for $26k. I asked how could this be and they added a $1,400 certified fee in which I never agreed too and a $1,395 Napleton Experience fee in which they told me is not negotiable even though I don’t see anything about this online. Rest assured, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was able to get the vehicle at a reasonable price after fighting back but a customer shouldn’t have to go through all the hazel. I still want to know more about this Napleton Experience package which is mandatory. I think that’s a joke to force your customers into buying.

Fees and more fees.
Went to buy a used car around 15K, they wanted to add almost 4K more in fees, not tax or registration, just their own crazy fees. Could have negotiated a bit but walked out. Bait and switch. Waste of 50 miles drive.

Hidden Fees
Don't bother going in and assuming the advertised price for a used car is what you'll get. Crazy fees across the board, including a $1,700 dealer inspection fee and $1,395 "Napoleon Experience Fee" that are forced onto you. Not sure how it's not false advertising.
